2. Since the contract period of 2 years given for appointment in service by

again requested for their further extension for a period of 3 years may kindly be
extended in the best interest of Settlement Operation being carried out in Quetta Region

2. In this regard it is submitted that the performance of the following
contractual staff posted in this office is brilliant and marvelous:-
1) Muhammad Jan, Extra Assistant Settlement Officer Quetta.
2) Mr. Syed Muhammad, Tehsildar Settlement Office Quetta.
3) Mr. Muhammad Ali Zarkoon, Kanungo Settlement Office Quetta.
4) Mr. Muhammad Younus, Kanungo Settlement Office Quetta.
3. They are working with dedication and the work is in progress under their
supervision. They have done quite well in spite of the problems. The undersigned is
quite satisfied about their performance, conduct / commitment to their job, working
relations with the staff and the quality of work turned out by them. They are physically fit
and their services are required further to complete settlement of Mouzas under
settlement. While, there is acute shortage of settlement knowing staff.
4. It is, therefore, requested that the recommendations about their further
retention / extension for 3 years may kindly be accepted in the best interest of
Settlement Operation being carried out in Quetta Region Quetta, after 70 years. This
staff is able to meet situation.

work is in progress under their supervision. Their contract will expire in February, 2018,
while the remaining work will take more time to complete. They have done quite well in
spite of the problems. The undersigned is quite satisfied about their performance,
conduct and commitment to their job.
It is suggested that their contact service may be extended till completion of
the settlement work in the Districts in view of their knowledge, working relation with the
staff and the quality of work turned out by them. They appear physically fit to work for
this period of time.

while the remaining work will take more time to complete. They have done quite well in
spite of the problems. The undersigned is quite satisfied about their performance,
conduct and commitment to their job.
3. It is suggested that their contact service may be extended till completion of
the settlement work in the Districts in view of their knowledge, working relation with the
staff and the quality of work turned out by them. They appear physically fit to work for
this period of time. These officials are able to meet the situation.
4. It is, therefore, suggested and recommended that the contract period in
favour of above named Kanungo may kindly be extended for another period of two (02),

3. It is pointed out that the above named Patwari was appointed as Patwari
(on contract basis) for one year vide Board’s Order No. 91 A 3, dated 8 th June, 2020
(copy enclosed) and subsequently posted in this office through mutual transfer vide
Board’s order No. 91 A 3, dated 12 th August, 2020 (copy enclosed). The above named
Patwari is discharging his duties in Mouza Saraghurgai, where settlement operation is in
underway. He is very hard-working, obedient and very co-operative Patwari. It is
pertinent to mention here that prior to his appointment, he worked privately at Tehsil
Office Quetta, for about 3 years and gained too much experience in revenue matters.
The undersigned is quite satisfied with his performance and recommends him to be
appointed as regular Patwari against the lying vacant posts of Patwari, keeping in view
of his vast knowledge, working relationship with the staff and the quality of work turned
out by him. He appears physically fit to work against the post of regular Patwari.
Further, the said Patwari is able to meet the situation.
4. It is, therefore, suggested and recommended that the services of said
Patwari, may kindly be regularized as permanent / regular Patwari, against the existing
vacant post of Patwaris lying in this office, so that settlement work in Mouza
Saraghurgai could be completed under the supervision of his senior staff.
