Make your own Personal Development Plan according to the guide that given by Wells (Life
Transformation Guide). How will you see yourself seven (7) years from now?

7 years from now I see myself as a healthcare professional, working at a hospital as a medical
technologist. I know myself that I am a hard-working person not the brightest, but I know that I am wise
and I can be responsible on handling things. By this trait of mine I know how hard to reach success and
it’s not easy to achieve but by working hard anything is possible. Right now, I am a freshman of the
BMLS program by this first step of achieving my dream I will maintain to assess information/knowledge,
socialize with other individuals and learn to practice procedures; where these are essential factors for
me to become an efficient medical technologist. I will strive myself to give a trust-worthy results and
diagnosis to my patients and bring a good quality healthcare to the community. No matter how
exhausting it may seem, I will still do it for the people regardless of who they are because a successful
medical technologist is tested through time and dedication of work. As a successful medical technologist
7 years from now I will still continue to pour out all efforts beyond plans I have for myself and continue
on striving for a successful career and stable life ahead.
