Thought of the day: ...The sense comes down in the violet hour...
If possible, continue repeating the previous exercises. By repeating, you switch
to the automatic form of movement and in that way you engage in sub-activity,
which is important for performance and butoh.
Space exercise: #36 Explore the relationship with a certain point in space and sight, but explore
different ways and position of the eyes in relation to that point - focus, not focus, close your
eyes, lose sight, look with peripheral vision, eyes move ...
Nektan art partitude: #15 Walk slowly. Walk from one end of the room to the other for 30
minutes.
Body exercise: #1. The legs are completely stiff, with the knees tightened to the maximum.

Time exercise: #27 Observe body behaviour. How we walk, how we sit, how we move, how
we talk ... Analyse our behaviour for 10 minutes to 1 hour and longer ... analyse differences in
different parts of the day ... How do we change?
- Breathe deeply and slowly, as if the air around you is an oil that slowly flows
through your nostrils and fills your whole being. Exhale the same way. (breath
like this during each exercise)
