APPLICATION FOR RE-EVALUATION OF ANSWER BOOK(S)
(For Grade System Examination)
NOTE:
(1) This form, duly filled in neatly and carefully, should be sent along with Bank Draft payable to the Secretary, Banasthali
Vidyapith or cash receipt deposited in the Vidyapith and must reach the, Secretary, Banasthali Vidyapith, within six weeks
from the date of declaration of result of the concerned examination.
(2) Incomplete application or application not accompanied by the requisite fee (Rs. 500/- per paper not subject) for re-
evaluation or application received after the due date shall not be entertained.
(3) Original grade sheet/online statement of grades must be attached with the form.
(4) Until the re-evaluation result is declared, past result will stand valid.
NOTES FOR GUIDANCE
1. Re-evaluation of answer book(s) shall be permissible in 50% of the theory papers in which a candidate actually appeared at an examination. Where the
number of papers in which a candidate appeared at an examination happens to be an odd number, it will be increased by one for the purpose of reckoning
50% of the papers.
2. Notwithstanding the aforesaid provision, re-evaluation of answer book(s) shall not be permitted in respect of (i) Foreign language examination, (ii) the
scripts of practical examination/sessional/periodical tests, Dissertation, Thesis, and Viva-voce and (iii) Supplementary examination/Special
examination/part examination.
3. A candidate who wishes to apply for re-evaluation of her answer book(s) must submit her application on the prescribed form together with the requisite fee
and the Original Grade Sheet/Online Statement of Grades to the Secretary before expiry of Four weeks from the date of declaration of her examination
result. Application not received in the prescribed form or by the due date or without the requisite fee or Original Grade Sheet/Online Statement of Grades
shall be rejected. Incomplete application forms will also be rejected.
4. Prescribed Blank application form may be obtained from the Examination Section, Banasathali Vidyapith P.O. Banasthali Vidyapith in person or downloaded
from Vidyapith website or by the sending a self addressed stamped envelope.
5. A candidate shall be required to pay a non refundable fee of Rs. 500/- per paper (not subject) for re-evaluation of her answer book (s).
6. The answer book (s) shall not be subject to any inspection or production before any External or Internal Authority except as may be permitted by the
Hon'ble Vice Chancellor.
7. Candidate who is declared eligible for supplementary/Due paper, as a result of re-evaluation, shall be permitted to appear at the usual examination.
