Topic: Stress Emotions of the Students and How to Cope with it

I. With the demands of Education today, students experience stress emotions such as
depression, anxiety, self-consciousness, and fear ; thus, this should affect their studies and
social life.

II. Students are more vulnerable to stress because of their young age.

A. Students are causality of academic pressures.

B. Students are prone to their problems.

C. Students undergoing depression.

III. Students have perception on stress in their lives.

A. Students face their problems and insecurities in life.

B. Students feel depression and anxiety in their lives.

C. Students experience procrastination.

IV. Students should Cope with stress.

A. Confront and connect their family and friends.

B. Preserve a healthy body and mind.

C. Manage their time.

D. Listen to motivational musics.

For many students, stress is so common place that is has become a way of life, but stress is not
always bad. It can help them perform and motivate them to do their best and they will protect
themselves by recognizing the signs and symptoms of stress and taking steps to reduce its
harmful effects.
