In Battery charger, Battery and Load MCB Isolation MCB labeling sticker interchange, not as per BOM Qty.

1. Arrange a meeting to all the concern to describe the customer issue. Implementation Date
2. Next day of meeting one quality person visit to FIBCOM, to verify physically and rectify accordingly but due Immediate
to most of system deliver to site thats why they refuse to open packing and do the rework thats why
replacement sticker handover to Fibcom team so that they can pest as per convenient on site

1. Sticker printing person not verify the matter after sticker printing as per BOM nomiclature.

2. During finishing of system, finishing person also not verify all as per BOM nomiclature.
3. Final Quality person also laps the process before packing not inspects the material throughly.
Conclusion: The process is not well self-checked casual approach taken by both Quality & Production team.

Root Cause: Eltek has confirmed that the cause for the problem is a process issue and its a silly mistake Load and battery matter
