Personal Learning Objectives
My personal learning objectives in this subject is that we will know the different

characterstics of a good leader and how to manage works in nursing. Because we all

know that being a good leader isn’t easy, you need to be a good leader in order for your

members to follow you. Expectation for this class is that after this subject I would learn

the different characteristics and different attitudes of a good leader. When we say

management it means how you do the work, how you maintain balance or equilibrium

in a certain area maybe in this subject we’ll be able to learn how to manage some things

or it will teach us how to properly manage our skill in clinical area. Lastly is maybe at the

end of this class is we’ll be able to distinguish management from leadership and we’ll be

able to identify if we would be a good leader with good management.
