AFFIDAVIT OF CORRECTION

I, Richard K. Tan, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single, with residence and postal
address at Gov. A Reyes St., Brgy 1, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur, after having been sworn to in
accordance with law, hereby depose and say:
1. That I am the Director of Ilocandia One Ventures, Inc. located at Gov. A Reyes St., Brgy
1, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur.

2. That the primary purpose of the corporation is to be added with the purpose that will
define the additional line of business.

3. That the present purpose of the business is appearing as “The primary purpose of the
business is to engage in the distribution, wholesale and retail of goods and other
types of merchandise such as, but not limited to school supplies and office supplies,
novelty items” which should have an additional purpose that is “The secondary
purpose of the business is to engage in the distribution and wholesale, retail of LPG
products or Liquified Petroleum Gas (As amended on July 9, 2018)”.

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest of the truth of foregoing facts.

5. That I am further executing this affidavit as a compliance of the requirements of


Securities and Exchange Commission for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
