Middle English Group Analysis - HEL smol

group 1

Each group gets a snippet from a Middle English Manuscript.


Step 1: transcribe as much of it as you can; work together as a group to puzzle it out.
Step 2: each group member needs to spell 5 Middle English words in IPA.
Step 3: try to translate as much of it as you can into Modern English prose. If there is a
word or phrase you don't know what to do with, flag it in square brackets in your
translation.
