A. Technical Services
1. Trouble shoot any kind of workstation like laptop or desktop.
2. Fix Internet connection for PC.
3. Fix IP Adress.
4. Crimp LAN, cables.
5. All technical services needed that is needed by agents to
make their work better.
B. Internet Services Provider
PLTD Telecom is the primary internet Provider. They use
4mbps internet for their services.

CHAPTER 3: PERSONAL OBSERVATION/ IMPRESSIONS ABOUT
About
A. Company
The Cyberks Computer/PC Repair has a good ambiance for the
OJT and Applicants. There is a good facility to work on. The weather in
their offices was so cool. The company was strictly recommended to wear
office suit or proper attire. The company is also have a good services to
thier costumer.
B. Services
The service of the company are internet café and computer/PC
repair. On the internet café area they use 38 units of computer and also
they have a printing press. On the other side of technical area they offer
PC repairing and other services.
C. Nature of Work Immersion/ responsibilities/work environment
The nature of OJT’s work is that, In our batch. The employees
already know their specific area and responsibilities being a worker in
the company. They maintain the orderliness and cleanliness inside the
working-station.
The environment is so amazing because the company that you are
entering looks like a big company if you imagine there are many
costumers coming and trusting their services and because of that, I felt
amazed. The environment was cool. There was a good ambiance. The
people were very humble and hospitable to all the workers especially to
the OJTs.

COMMENTS
A. Difficulties in Work
The things that become difficult to me are when we are
manipulating the microsoft excel because we work it on in the whole day
it’s hard. We used a lot of application, like microsoft office and adobe,
and also when I’m fighting my sleepiness, because in the whole day we
are just facing the computer and add also the temperature of our work
place, so sometimes I get sleepy.
B. Challenges in Work
The challenge is that, the work is so time consuming and you
didn’t know what is the problems of computer in troubleshooting. We can
deal it when you have the dedication to finish your work and inspiration.
if you have dedication and inspiration into your life. We can see it that it
is very valuable to cope those challenges and can create many
opportunities that you can use in the near future.
C. Recommendation in the existing problems of your work
To the next batch of On-the-Job Training(OJT), I recommend that
they must boost their capabilities as ICT student in learning new
structure codes, and experience the real job. Do not limit by working
alone, instead gather all ideas, even if it’s hard don’t lose hope.
Always remember every problem’s is having a solution. Work as a group
with willingness whatever the task there in. Always say “YES” to your
boss or other staff, of what kind task that they given.

APPRECIATION OF WORKING/ THINGS THAT I LEARNED/ MY INSIGHT
A. Appreciation of the work
I really appreciate all the works that they gave to me as part of my
immersion, especially the trust that give it to me. And I deeply appreciate
also the all things and people who helped to improved my skills and
understanding, teach me and give effort during my work immersion,
especially to the friendly employees and to the staff of Cyberks.
B. Things that In learned
The things that I’ve been learned when I entered the company is to
have a long patience every day that I enter the company and to be a
computer literate. I need to prepare myself always about the things that
may come up or happen because we don’t know the situation that we will
be encountering ahead. We should prepare especially to ourselves every
time. The best thing that I’ve been learned brought until now is to have a
self-discipline in every task that they will give you from the simple task
up to the complicated one because if you have a disciple, task will be
done on time and will build you as a person and will strengthen your
good personality.
C. My insight
Experience really gives me the opportunity to prepare and expose
myself to a chosen career path. I had experience many things, during
trainee days. This experience is really help to measure my patience,
respect and most of all the confidence as a trainee. I learned to be more

patient in every task that given to me even though it’s a little bit hard. It
also helped to develop my social relationship towards other people having
positions in any offices, which they able to give and gain respect and
from them and developed more our ethics when working in the real world
of employment. It is important to work together when staff gives a task,
in order to undergo trainings always put in mind that whatever are
tasked and assigned to do.
