Sir,
I am concerned for the Petitioner abovenamed
Be pleased to direct the Office to place the above- referred matter before the Hon’ble court
(Coram: HHJ Shri A A Sayed and HHJ Shri S G Dige) on 20th October 2021 for physical hearing.
There is an inherent Urgency in the matter that the Respondents are taking unilateral actions in
contravention of the laws, resolutions and norms and that it is necessary to prevent them from taking
any further unilateral actions which may alter the efficacy of smooth functioning of state
administrative machinery and further there is urgent need for directions of this Hon’ble Court.
Therefore interim & ad-interim relief sought for be granted in the matter
Looking at the urgency mentioned in the above matter I request you to place the said writ
petition for urgent admission before the Hon’ble Court (Coram: HHJ Shri A A Sayed and HHJ Shri S
G Dige) on 20th October 2021 for physical hearing.
