defense industry part in domestic and export to the 15 foreign countries with our brand.
Specially, It is only our company that possesses the technology of 'the Night Vision System

[Value In Future]
Hereafter 50 years, we dream that we will be the world best company but small
one...
Now, a Light Emitting Diode (LED) is prospected as the light source for next generation,
and especially it is the strategic base of the technology industry that prepares to energy
exhaustion and a crisis of the environmental pollution. The LED with low-power
consumption, Semi-permanent and long life-time is expected to get into the spotlight as a
power of growth for next generation by replacing of the incandescent light and the
fluorescent light.
We are seeking a continuous change and innovation through a creative combination of 3
spirits that are the quality, the function, the accuracy. Also, we produce the best products
and we will do ceaseless effort to be "the world best company that is enlarging investment
about R&D for new growth power continuously as hereafter 50 years' survival strategy, and
exports the lighting fixtures for a shipbuilding and OFF-SHORE" through a mutual
competition in international market.
“We always think "3H kinds of spirit" that are 'High Quality, High Service, High
Efficiency' as the first principle, so we will keep a promise of the trust about 'the
quality, the service, the accuracy' for customers.”

13-1 DESCRIPTION FOR LIGHTING SOURCES
13-22 CERTIFICATION
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Color temperature expresses the light color tone physically and objectively. Choosing the color tone is very important for determining the mood of
a place. If the color temperature(K) is low then the light color becomes orange and it looks warm.
If the color temperature(K) is high then the light color becomes white like natural light. Even higher temperatures will produce a blue color that
looks cool.
Color Rendering is expressed in color fidelity from the lighted object. The unit is color rendering
coefficient(light) effect on color. Color rendering coefficient expresses similarity between the
object’s light color and natural light.
We use different method to determine color rendering coefficient by comparing the standard light
and the experimental light. If the experimental light is same as the standard light, then Ra is 100.
Color differentiation and Ra disproportion to each other. Good color rendering is close to 100.
Generally over 80 average color rendering coefficient is considered good color rendering.
Light distribution shows unit wave density (energy) of light. For ideal light, which has constant light
density without deflection in visible light range, consider color rendering seriously.
The following figure is a fluorescent lamps’s light distribution with a Ra 99 average color rendering
coefficient. From this, we can determine these above conditions are satisfied.

A fluorescent lamp with FL 40W (luminous flux 3,100lm) will have a luminous efficiency or 3,100/40 = 77.5 (lm/w) Therefore, the
luminous efficiency (lm/w) will be high and the light will be bright and economical.

Should the luminaire be directed on to the calculated point, then the following formula is applicable:
Ⅰ
E=
h²
Should the cones of light intersect each other because of the installation of several luminaires, the illuminance can then totalled be at
these points.
The illumination effectiveness, is normaly related to a horizontal plane 0.85 m over the ground(measuring and effective plane).
The factor 1.25 takes into account the decrease of luminous flux caused by aging and/or contamination of the lighting system.
The illumination effectiveness ηB is the product of the luminaire’s effectivity factor ηLB and the area effectivity factor ηR
ηB=ηR·ηLB
Depending on the individual design and light distribution, a luminare’s operational effectivity can vary considerably:
The area effectivity factor ηR takes into account the fact that only part of the luminous flux emitted from the luminaire reaches the effective plane because
of absorption by the walls, ceiling and floor. It is dependent on the light distribution from the luminaires, their respective positions in the room, the room
dimensions and the degree of reflection from the rooms boundaries. The rooms dimensions as well as the positioning of the luminaires in the room are
determined by area index k.

To make it easier to select appropriate electrical equipment todesign proper elelctrical installations. explosion-endangered areas
are divided into zones. Information and specifications for divison into zones. Information and specifications for this divison zones
are contained in IEC 60079-10 and in national standards.
An overrview of the division into zonnes the assignment of devices (device categiry as EC directive 94/9/EC) for the zones
concerned is shown in the table.

Explosive atmosphere is present :
Zone 0 ⇒ category 1G Zone 20 ⇒ category 1D continuously or a long time or frequently
If doubts exist regarding the division into zones, then within the entire explosion - endangered area the scope of the eotecive measures should
be chosen in accordance with the highest possible of occurrence of a dangerous explosive atmosphere in the given case. In such cases, it is
advisable to seek assistance from expert organizations.
In zones 0 and 1, only electrical equipment for which a type test cerificate from a recognized test organizatopn exists may be used. In zone 0,
however, only equipment that has been expressly approved for this zone be used. In zone 2, the equipment approved for use in zones 0 and 1
may also be usedd. furthermore, in zone 2, electrical equipment may be used which meets the dasic safety requirements of directive 94/9 EC
and for which a declaration of conformity form the manufacturer exists.

It would be uneconomical, and sometimes even impossible, to always design all items of explosion-proof electrial equipment in
accordance with maximum requirements, regardless to the intended type of use. Therefore, division of the items of equipment
into groups and temperature classes is used in accordance with the characteristics of the explosive for which the equipment is
intended.
For electrical equipment of group Ⅱ, a further subdivision takes place into exposion groups and temperature classes.
An overview of the gap width limits and minimum ignition currents for the various explosion groups is shown in the following table:
ⅡC 0.5mm 0.45
From explosion group ⅡA to ⅡC, the degree of danger posed by the increases. The requirements to electrical equipment for these explosion
groups increase accordingly. Therefore, information must, if necessary, be shown on the items of electrical equipment, indicating which
explosion group they are designed. for. Electrical equipment for ⅡC may also be used for all other explosion groups.
4. Temperature Classes
The ignition temperature of a combustible gas or liquid is the lowest temperature of a heated surface at which ignition of the
gas/air or vapour/air mixture occurs. It is determined in a precsely defined experimental set-up (IEC 60079-4) and, in practice,
INFORMATION
represents the lowest temperature at which a hot surface can ignite the explosive atmosphere concerned.
TECHNICAL
The ignition temperature makes it possible to divide combustible gases and vapours into temperature classes according to their
ignitability. The maxture surface temperature of the gas/air or vapour/ari mixture in which it is used. Naturally. items of
equipment which correspond to a higher tomperature- class (e.g.T5) arealso permissible for uses in which a lower tomperature-
class (e.g.T2 or T3) is stipulated.
