Anselle-Alex M. Diego, a 17-year old 11th grade student from Aglipay, Quirino, wrote a letter to Mayor Jerry T. Agsalda requesting to join the Special Program for the Employment of Students (SPES). Cabulong, a 25-year old hospitality management student from the same area, also wrote to the mayor applying for the SPES program due to family financial hardships.
