II. Description of action taken by the school or division to alleviate the risk factors of the CAR.

As the school confirmed that the incident was true, we immediately call the attention of the parent of the
victim and counceled them and followed by counseling the victim. Since the victim and the perpetrator is a member
of the Blaan Tribe, they first follow their cultural reconciliation. Next the parents of the minor aged victim filed a
case against the perpetrator.

The school offered series of counseling to the parents of the victim and to the victim as well. The school also reminds the victim's parents to always protect and accompany her in going to
school and turning back home. The school also assured that the victim have not and will never experienced bullying from other learners or the people around her within the campus. The school also

makes her feel loved by letting her express her skills and talents or the things she'd loved to do as well as letting her know that nothing is wrong with her.
