WHEREAS the BAC, after deliberation, found that the subject goods to be procured
indicated in the table above met the conditions required by law for the use of the above cited
means of procurement, such as ALTERNATIVE METHODS OF PROCUREMENT thru
SHOPPING and NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT thru SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT
(SVP), COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION and AGENCY-TO-AGENCY, to promote economy
and efficiency and the items to be procured does not exceed the threshold prescribed by law.
WHEREAS the BAC approved the mode of procurement for the above listed items in
Table 1.
NOW THEREFORE, we the members of the Bids and Awards Committee hereby
RESOLVE as it hereby RESOLVED:
a) To resort to the ALTERNATIVE METHODS OF PROCUREMENT thru SHOPPING
and NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT thru SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT (SVP),
COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION and AGENCY-TO-AGENCY, for the above
mentioned purchase requests.
b) To recommend for the approval of MARITESS M. OCAMPO, Head of the Procuring
Entity of DENR-PENRO the foregoing mode of procurement for the above
mentioned items.
