On creativity, I will give my Eportfolio a score of 5 points because I believe that I
use themes, fonts and I designed it very creatively. On Pages organization, I will give it
5 points because I have organized the pages in chronological order based on the
module’s instruction. On Elaboration/Presentation of Ideas, I will give my work 5 points
because I have elaborated and presented all of my ideas very well and in a coherent
way. On fluency, I will give my work 5 points because all of my ideas and information
are written and explained very accurate. And lastly, on Originality, I will give my work a
4 points because I have used some of the templates from the Eportfolio maker site and I
also searched for some design ideas on google. So all in all I have given my EPortfolio
a total score of 24 points.

Do you think you can still enhance your work?

Technology for Teaching and Learning 1
Non-digital and Digital Skills and Tools in Delivering Technology-
Enhanced Lessons
(MODULE NO. 4)
Yes. Since it is my first time making an Eportfolio, so there are some
imperfections on my work. I know that I can still enhance my work and make it more
creative in the future.

How will you improve you work? What plans do you have to enhance what you
have created so far?
The next time I will make an Eportfolio, I will improve and enhance my work by
exploring more themes and designs on the Eportfolio maker site to make it more
creative looking. I will also make sure that all of the pages are well organize to make it
easier to navigate and browse by the readers and all information and ideas that I will put
in it are well explained and free of grammatical errors. And lastly, I will make it original
and avoid copying other’s eportfolio design, I will make my design, themes and fonts
unique to impress the readers of my eportfolio.

1. What have you realized after getting information about how the millennials
learn better?
Technology for Teaching and Learning 1
Non-digital and Digital Skills and Tools in Delivering Technology-
Enhanced Lessons
(MODULE NO. 4)
Based on the result of the data that I have gathered, majority of the respondents
answered that they want to learn by listening to teachers. So for me, this means that
most millenials learn better when teachers discuss and explain every topics and lesson
clearly in face to face mode. In this way, the students easily pick up, understand and
process all the lessons. But I’m not saying that all millenials wants to learn in this way
since I have only interviewed 10 millenials students.
2. As a pre-service teacher, what actions will you take as you prepare yourself to
handle these types of learners?
As a pre-service teachers, the actions I will take as I prepare myself to handle
these type of learners is to enhance my speaking skills first. I will need to have a good
speaking skills in order to communicate and connect with my students and to deliver the
lessons properly in a way that they will understand and process it. I will also need to
enhance my creativity in making visual aids and presentations that I will be using during
class discussion. These visual aids will be a great help for me to get my students’
attention and it will also help my students to understand more the lessons. I believe that
these preparations will help me to become an effective teacher for these kinds of
learners.

3. How will you handle your lessons in order that you will make learners become
more engaged and effectively take accountability of their own learning?
In order to make my learners to become more engaged and effectively take
accountability of their own learning, first I will need to build a strong connection and
good relationship with them. In this way they will feel comfortable with me during
classes and they can actively participate during class discussion. Next I’m going to
explain every lesson properly and tell them how they can use and apply the learnings
and knowledge that they will acquire from that specific lesson in real life. I will also give
them some group activities that requires teamwork and brainstorming where they can
freely share their own opinions and ideas about a given topic to enhance their critical
thinking skill. I will also give them some rewards like additional points/score every time
they achieve successful result in our class to motivate and encourage them to strive
harder in their studies.

a. Understanding digital practices

confident in locating information online. The reason behind this is because sometimes,
there are some unreliable sources who publishes copy paste, plagiarize or incorrect
information which make it difficult for me to find and locate accurate information online.
There were times when I try to type a question in the web and internet read it wrong and
give me information that don’t match with my question.
