• Urethral stricture is narrowing of the ureteral lumen
causing functional obstruction.
• Urinary diversion surgery

• TRAUMATIC- Due to pelvic fracture.


CLINICAL
MENIFESTATION
• Blood in the semen

• Blood in the urine

• Decreased urine output

• Decreased urinary stream

• Difficulity in urinating

• Discharge from urethra

• Frequent urination
