RESEARCH QUESTION
From the above introduction, we developed the below research question:
1. How effectively and efficiently Street Stream engage its employee and how the
company drive their employee performance and growth?
METHODOLOGY
RESEARCH DESIGN, APPROACH AND DATA ANALYSIS
An exploratory research approach gives researchers a general view of data analysis
and increases confidence. For example, to further understand how firms use
engagement theories, the researcher will use an exploratory design. Semi-structured
interviews with executives and workers who took part in the training will be conducted
as well by the researcher. As part of their work, the researcher will also collect data by
observing, taking notes, and copying documents that support the theory they are
testing. The data collected from the interviews will be analysed using a qualitative
research method. The data will next be assessed to improve recognition before being
coded and organised into identical sets, resulting in explanations and themes for further
calculation. In addition, the researcher will look at any new issues that arise and then
write up a comprehensive report on the findings. On the other hand, the researcher will
carry out the in-depth study site assessment on the inside. The cross-case examination
will also improve the appearance of certainty and provide a lively comprehension of the
material that has been gathered.
CONCLUSION
Employers from a wide range of industries are taking an active interest in increasing
their employees' sense of belonging. Employee engagement measures how dedicated
individuals are to the business and how much time and effort they devote to it on a
personal level. Increasing performance does not always follow from efforts to improve
employee satisfaction. Companies that have motivated employees to outperform their
rivals. Because of this, they have greater profits per share (EPS) and are better able to
bounce back from economic downturns and financial difficulties. In terms of growth and
innovation, employee engagement is critical, and firms that have high levels of it are
more likely to succeed.
