4: UNIT PRICE : 650USD/MT CFR HCMC Port
5.TOTAL AMOUNT: 11.600USD
6.SHIPMENT: At the latest 30 June, 2020.
Partial Shipment is not allowed.Transhipment is allowed.
7.PAYMENT: By T/T
Documents Required: Invoice,P/L,Aw/B,C/O,C/Q,C/I
8.PACKING: Export Standard Packing
9.INSURANCE : To be by the seller
10.ARBITRATION: Any disputes will be settled by Economic Court beside
VCCI(HCM branch)
The contract is made out into 04 copies that have equal value, 02 of which for each
