❖ Part time job : as a project engineer for INTER-TECH&ECHO companies at
Khalda Petroleum Company, KPC Salam Base.
Job responsibilities:
• Prepare all documents related to QC department as (WPS, PQR, WQT, ITP, NDT reports).
• Review necessary certificates of materials, welding consumables, electrodes as per ASME Codes.
• Supervise the site and workshop during welding activity and apply QC rules: before,during&after.
Projects:
Perform Repair works with all quality requirements to the following (Pressure Vessels & Vessel Parts):
• Salam oil process test heater • TUT heater treater (R Stamp) • Ozoris Separator
• HAYAT heater fire tube (R Stamp) • TUT indirect heater coil repair (R Stamp)
❖ Main job : as a QC Engineer at the Egyptian tank plant (200 military factory).
Job responsibilities:
• Reviewing contract specification, WPS & PQR.
• Witness the tests required for (WPQ) and (PQR).
• Visual inspection of welded joints.
• Dimension check according to the released drawing for fabrication.
• Interpret and review all NDE reports according to the referenced codes.
• Raising NCRs (nonconformance reports) &ensuring there are actions taken towards it.
Projects:
• working as a team member (QC Representative) in the qualification and certification program of
the Egyptian tank plant according to (ASME & NBIC ) requirements to be Authorized to use
(U & R ) Stamp For (construction of pressure vessels.& metallic repairs And Alterations) –
Authorization date : February 2 ,2021
• I have been to Russia (in June 2019) for the cooperation program of
(coproduction of railway bogies and passenger coaches) with Russian company (transmashholding) as
a Welding Engineer.

I spent the recruitment period as a reserve officer in the Egyptian tank plant (200 military factory)
and my Participation is as follows:
• Machining operations (turning, milling, drilling and grinding) of parts in programs such as
(M1A1 tank, M60 tank engine overhaul).
