Begin with;
ِ أ َُﻋﻮذُ ﺑِﺎ
۞ ﷲ ِﻣَﻦ اﻟ َّﺸْﻴَﻄﺎِن اﻟ َّﺮِﺟﻴِﻢ
۞ﺑِْﺴِﻢ اﻟﻠ َّـِﻪ اﻟ َّﺮْﺣٰﻤـِﻦ اﻟ َّﺮِﺣﻴِﻢ
۞ ﷲ َوأ َْﺷَﻬُﺪ أ َ َّن ُﻣَﺤّﻤَﺪً◌ اَﻋْﺒُﺪهُ َوَرُﺳْﻮﻟُُﻪ َ َ
ُ أْﺷَﻬُﺪ أْن َﻻ إِﻟ َٰﻪ إِ َّﻻ ا

۞ﷲ ِ أ َْﺳَﺘْﻐ
ِ ﻒ ُر ا

Ya Allāh beloved Lord I am intending to fast in tomorrow (day)
in the holy month of Ramaan and I am going to perform 20
Rakats of Tarawih and 3 Rakat of Witr today for your sake, and
upon the intention of GrandShaykh Abdullāh Dhagistani and
Mawlana Shaykh Nazim, and I am intending its reward to be
given to Rasulullāh ﺻﻠﻰ ﷲ ﻋﻠﯿﮫ وﺳﻠﻢas a gift and Mawlid, to be
kept in His ‘bank’, till the Day of Yaum’ul Qiyamah.
How to pray;
Lead two very short Rakats in which only 2 to 3 Ayats of a Surah
are read after Surah al-Fatihah. This is done for the entire 20
Rakats, so that it is completed quickly, and this is the Sunnah of
the Prophet ﺻﻠﻰ ﷲ ﻋﻠﯿﮫ وﺳﻠﻢ, so that weak and old members of the
congregation, sick ones, children, nursing mothers and busy
people are not burdened by a very long prayer.
*Before the First set of Two Rakats (Use Miswak);
Now raise hands above as in Dua and say;
۞ ﺐ ِﻓْﻞ ِﻗَﻴﺎْم
ِ ْ ﻟُِﻘّﻶِه ُﻳﻮِرَج ِﻓ ِّﺴَﻴﺎْم ۞ َوُﻧﻮُرْل ﻗَﻠ
and blow on your hand and wipe your face then raise
hands again even higher than before and say;
۞ َﻃَﻌﺎ اﻟَّﻶ هُ ذُاﻟَْﻌْﺮِش اﻟَْﻤِﺠﻴِﺪ
(now blow on your hand and wipe your face again)
۞ي أ َ َّﻃﺒﺂ ُﻛُﻤّﻶْهْ أ َّﺳَﻼُﺗﻮ ﺟﺂ ِﻣﻴﺂْه ۞ َﺳَﻼُﺗْﻞ َﻃَﺮاِو
َ
۞ﺂِل ُﻣَﺤ َّﻤٍﺪ َوَﺳﻠِ ّْﻢ4 َﺎﻵ4َﻠ َْﻴِﻪ ا َﻟﻠ َُّﻬ َّﻢ َﺻ ِ ّﻞ ا َﻵ ُﻣَﺤ َّﻤٍﺪ َو4 ا َّﻧَِﱯ َﻳْﺸَﻔُﻊ ﻟَِﻤ ُّﻴَﺼﻠِ ّْﻲ
َ ِ َْﻞ َﺟ َّﻨَﺔ َوَﻧُﻌْﻮذُ ﺑjُا َﻟﻠ َُّﻬ َّﻢ اِ ّﻧَﺎ َﻧْﺲ ا َﻟ

۞ َﻳﺎ ُﺳْﺒَﺤﺎْن
*Now Pray the First set of Two Rakats (Use Miswak);
After finishing the first set, raise hands in Dua and say;
۞ ﺐ ِﻓْﻞ ِﻗَﻴﺎْم
ِ ْ ﻟُِﻘّﻶِه ُﻳﻮِرَج ِﻓ ِّﺴَﻴﺎْم ۞ َوُﻧﻮُرْل ﻗَﻠ
and blow on your hand and wipe your face, then raise
hands again even higher than before and say;
۞ َﻃَﻌﺎ اﻟَّﻶ هُ ذُاﻟَْﻌْﺮِش اﻟَْﻤِﺠﻴِﺪ
(now blow on your hand and wipe your face again)
ي أ َ َّﻃﺒﺂ ُﻛُﻤّﻶْه۞أ َّﺳَﻼُﺗﻮ ﺟﺂ ِﻣﻴﺂْه ۞ َﺳَﻼُﺗْﻞ َﻃَﺮاِو ْ

ﻚ َو ﻟَُﻪ اﻟَْﺤْﻤُﺪ َوُﻫَﻮ ََpﻼ ُ qﻠِ َّﺸْﻲٍء ﻗَِﺪْﻳٌﺮ ۞ ﻟَُﻪ اﻟُْﻤﻠ ْ ُ
ﺳﺒﺤﺎن ّﻻِه واﻟْﺤﻤﺪ ﻟِّﻼِه وَﻻ إَﻻه إﻟَّ َّﻼه ُ وا َ
ﷲ أْﻛ َُ

َوَﻻَﺣْﻮَل َوَﻻﻗُ َّﻮةَ إِ َّﻻﺑِّﻼِﻫﺎ ﻟَْﻌﻠِِّﻲ اﻟَْﻌِﻈْﻴِﻢ ۞
ﷲ ََpﺪدَ َﺧﻠ ِْﻘِﻪ َوِرَﺿﺎ ﻧَْﻔِﺴِﻪ

َوِزﻧَﺎةَ َﻋْﺮِﺷِﻪ َو ِﻣَﺪادَ َ qﻠَِﻤﺎ ﺗِِﻪ۞
;Once again now raise hands above as in Dua and say

أ َُﻋﻮذُ ﺑِﺎ ِ

ﺑِْﺴِﻢ اﻟﻠ َّـِﻪ اﻟ َّﺮْﺣٰﻤـِﻦ اﻟ َّﺮِﺣﻴِﻢ۞

ُﺳْﻮَرةْ ا َ ْ ِ
ﻹْﺧَﻼْس ۞
ا َﻟﻠ َُّﻬ َّﻢ َﺻ ِ ّﻞ ا َﻵ ُﻣَﺤ َّﻤٍﺪ َوَpﺎﻵ pﺂِل ُﻣَﺤ َّﻤٍﺪ َوَﺳﻠِ ّْﻢ۞
َﻳﺎ َﺣ َّﻨﺎْن۞
*Now Pray the Fifth set of Two Rakats (Use Miswak);
After finishing the fifth set, raise hands in Dua and say;
۞ ﺐ ِﻓْﻞ ِﻗَﻴﺎْم
ِ ْ ﻟُِﻘّﻶِه ُﻳﻮِرَج ِﻓ ِّﺴَﻴﺎْم ۞ َوُﻧﻮُرْل ﻗَﻠ
and blow on your hand and wipe your face then raise
hands again even higher than before and say;
۞ َﻃَﻌﺎ اﻟَّﻶ هُ ذُاﻟَْﻌْﺮِش اﻟَْﻤِﺠﻴِﺪ
(now blow on your hand and wipe your face again)
۞ي أ َ َّﻃﺒﺂ ُﻛُﻤّﻶْهْ أ َّﺳَﻼُﺗﻮ ﺟﺂ ِﻣﻴﺂْه ۞ َﺳَﻼُﺗْﻞ َﻃَﺮاِو

*Then Pray the Sixth set of Two Rakats (Use Miswak);
After finishing the sixth set, say;
َ ﷲ َوْﺣَﺪهُ َﻻَﺷِﺮ ﻳ
ﻚ ﻟَْﻪ ُ َﻻ إِﻟََﻪ إِ َّﻻ ا
۞ ُﻠِ َّﺸْﻲٍء ﻗَِﺪْﻳٌﺮq ََﻼp ﻚ َو ﻟَُﻪ اﻟَْﺤْﻤُﺪ َوُﻫَﻮ ُ ْ ﻟَُﻪ اﻟُْﻤﻠ
َ ﺳﺒﺤﺎن ّﻻِه واﻟْﺤﻤﺪ ﻟِّﻼِه وَﻻ إَﻻه إﻟَّ َّﻼه ُ وا
ُ َ ﷲ أْﻛ
ﱪ ُ َ َِ ِ َ ُ ْ َ َ َ َ ْ ُ
۞ َوَﻻَﺣْﻮَل َوَﻻﻗُ َّﻮةَ إِ َّﻻﺑِّﻼِﻫﺎ ﻟَْﻌﻠِِّﻲ اﻟَْﻌِﻈْﻴِﻢ
ََﺪدَ َﺧﻠ ِْﻘِﻪ َوِرَﺿﺎ ﻧَْﻔِﺴِﻪp ﷲ
ِ ُﺳْﺒَﺤﺎَن ا
۞ َﻠَِﻤﺎ ﺗِِﻪq ََوِزﻧَﺎةَ َﻋْﺮِﺷِﻪ َو ِﻣَﺪاد
Once again now raise hands above as in Dua and say;
۞ ﺐ ِﻓْﻞ ِﻗَﻴﺎْم
ِ ْ ﻟُِﻘّﻶِه ُﻳﻮِرَج ِﻓ ِّﺴَﻴﺎْم ۞ َوُﻧﻮُرْل ﻗَﻠ

*Now Pray the Seventh set of Two Rakats (Use Miswak);
After finishing the seventh set, say;
۞ﺂِل ُﻣَﺤ َّﻤٍﺪ َوَﺳﻠِ ّْﻢp َﺎﻵpا َﻟﻠ َُّﻬ َّﻢ َﺻ ِ ّﻞ ا َﻵ ُﻣَﺤ َّﻤٍﺪ َو
۞َﻳﺎ َدَﻳّﺎُن
*Now Pray the Eighth set of Two Rakats (Use Miswak);
After finishing the eighth set, say;
ِ أ َُﻋﻮذُ ﺑِﺎ
۞ ﷲ ِﻣَﻦ اﻟ َّﺸْﻴَﻄﺎِن اﻟ َّﺮِﺟﻴِﻢ
۞ﺑِْﺴِﻢ اﻟﻠ َّـِﻪ اﻟ َّﺮْﺣٰﻤـِﻦ اﻟ َّﺮِﺣﻴِﻢ
03 x times -
ِ ْ َ ُﺳْﻮَرةْ ا
۞ ﻹْﺧَﻼْس
۞ﺂِل ُﻣَﺤ َّﻤٍﺪ َوَﺳﻠِ ّْﻢp َﺎﻵpا َﻟﻠ َُّﻬ َّﻢ َﺻ ِ ّﻞ ا َﻵ ُﻣَﺤ َّﻤٍﺪ َو

*Now Pray the Ninth set of Two Rakats (Use Miswak);
After finishing the ninth set, raise hands in Dua and say;
۞ ﺐ ِﻓْﻞ ِﻗَﻴﺎْم
ِ ْ ﻟُِﻘّﻶِه ُﻳﻮِرَج ِﻓ ِّﺴَﻴﺎْم ۞ َوُﻧﻮُرْل ﻗَﻠ
and blow on your hand and wipe your face then raise
hands again even higher than before and say;
۞ َﻃَﻌﺎ اﻟَّﻶ هُ ذُاﻟَْﻌْﺮِش اﻟَْﻤِﺠﻴِﺪ
(now blow on your hand and wipe your face again)
۞ي أ َ َّﻃﺒﺂ ُﻛُﻤّﻶْه
ْ أ َّﺳَﻼُﺗﻮ ﺟﺂ ِﻣﻴﺂْه ۞ َﺳَﻼُﺗْﻞ َﻃَﺮاِو

*Now Pray the Tenth set of Two Rakats (Use Miswak);
After finishing the tenth set, do the Witr prayer saying;
َ ﷲ َوْﺣَﺪهُ َﻻَﺷِﺮ ﻳ
ﻚ ﻟَْﻪ ُ َﻻ إِﻟََﻪ إِ َّﻻ ا
۞ ُﻠِ َّﺸْﻲٍء ﻗَِﺪْﻳٌﺮq ََﻼp ﻚ َو ﻟَُﻪ اﻟَْﺤْﻤُﺪ َوُﻫَﻮ ُ ْ ﻟَُﻪ اﻟُْﻤﻠ
َ ﺳﺒﺤﺎن ّﻻِه واﻟْﺤﻤﺪ ﻟِّﻼِه وَﻻ إَﻻه إﻟَّ َّﻼه ُ وا
ُ َ ﷲ أْﻛ
ﱪ ُ َ َِ ِ َ ُ ْ َ َ َ َ ْ ُ
۞ َوَﻻَﺣْﻮَل َوَﻻﻗُ َّﻮةَ إِ َّﻻﺑِّﻼِﻫﺎ ﻟَْﻌﻠِِّﻲ اﻟَْﻌِﻈْﻴِﻢ
ََﺪدَ َﺧﻠ ِْﻘِﻪ َوِرَﺿﺎ ﻧَْﻔِﺴِﻪp ﷲ
ِ ُﺳْﺒَﺤﺎَن ا
۞ َﻠَِﻤﺎ ﺗِِﻪq ََوِزﻧَﺎةَ َﻋْﺮِﺷِﻪ َو ِﻣَﺪاد
There is none worthy of worship except Allāh, He is
alone and has no partner, to Him belongs the
Kingdom and for Him is all praise, He gives life and
causes death, in His hand is all good and He has power
over everything.
Glory be to Allāh, and praise is due to Allāh, and there
is no God but Allāh, and Allāh is the greatest. And
there is no power and strength except in Allāh, the
Exalted, the Sublime.
Glory be to Allāh, as much as the number of His
Creations, as much as is pleasing to Him, and as much
as the Weight of his Throne, and as much as the ink
used to write His Words.
Once again now raise hands above as in Dua and say;
۞ ﺐ ِﻓْﻞ ِﻗَﻴﺎْم
ِ ْ ﻟُِﻘّﻶِه ُﻳﻮِرَج ِﻓ ِّﺴَﻴﺎْم ۞ َوُﻧﻮُرْل ﻗَﻠ
and blow on your hand and wipe your face then raise
hands again even higher than before and say;

Pray Salat’ul Witr Now
Read the Du’a Qunoot in the final raka’at of Witr prayer,
throughout all of Ramadan. Except for Witr prayers on
the night of the 15th and 16th of Ramadan, it is prayed
as a 3 raka’at prayer with one salaam at the end.
However, on the nights of the 15th and 16th of
Ramadhan, Witr is prayed as 2 raka’at prayer plus 1
raka’at prayer.
• In the first raka’at, Surah Fatihah, Surah Ikhlas.
• In the second raka’at, Surah Fatihah, Surah Falaq.
• In the final raka’at, Surah Fatihah, Surah Nas.
Dua Qunoot
ﻚ ﻓِْﻴَﻤْﻦ َﻫَﺪْﻳَﺖَ ،وَpﺎ ﻓَِﻨﺎ ﻓِْﻴَﻤْﻦ َpﺎ ﻓَْﻴَﺖَ ،وَﺗَﻮﻟ ََّﻨﺎ َ
ﻀ ﻠِ َ أﻟﻠ َُّﻬ َّﻢ ا َْﻫِﺪﻧَﺎ ﺑَِﻔ ْ
ﻀْﻴَﺖ، ﻓِْﻴَﻤْﻦ َﺗَﻮﻟ َّْﻴَﺖَ ،و ﺑَﺎ ِرْ qﻠ ََﻨﺎ ﻓِْﻴَﻤﺎ أ َْﻋَﻄْﻴَﺖَ ،وﻗَِﻨﺎ َواْﺻِﺮ ْ
ف َﻋ َّﻨﺎ َﺷ َّﺮ َﻣﺎ ﻗَ َ

ﻀﺎ َpﻠ َْﻴ َ ﻓَِﺈ ﻧَّ َ
ﻀْﻴَﺖ، ﻚ اﻟَْﺤْﻤُﺪ ََpﻼ َﻣﺎ ﻗَ َ َﻣْﻦ َpﺎدَْﻳَﺖَ ،ﺗَﺒﺎ َرْﻛَﺖ َرﺑََّﻨﺎ َوَﺗَﻌﺎ ﻟَْﻴَﺖ ،ﻓَﻠ َ َ
ﱯ اْﻷ ُِﻣِﻲ َ
ﷲ َpﻠ َ َّﻨ ِِ ﻚَ ،و َﺻ َّﻼ ُ ﻧَْﺴَﺘْﻐِﻔُﺮَك أﻟﻠ َُّﻬ َّﻢ ِﻣْﻦ ُِّ qﻞ ذُﻧُْﻮِب َوﻧَُﺘْﻮُب اِﻟَْﻴ َ
َوََpﻼ آ ﻟِِﻪ َوَﺻْﺤِﺒِﻪ َوَﺳﻠ ََّﻢ۞
ﲑَك ،أ َﻟﻠ َُّﻬ َّﻢ اِْﺳِﻘَﻨﺎ ﳉِﺸُﻔُﻪ َﻏ ُْ أ َﻟﻠ َُّﻬ َّﻢ اِ ْﻛِﺸْﻒ َﻋ َّﻨﺎاِﻣَﻦ اﻟَْﺒَﻼﻳﺎ َ َﻣﺎ َﻻ ﻳَ ْ
ﲔَ ،رْبِ◌ اْﻏِﻔْﺮ َوا ْرَﺣْﻢ َوأ َْﻧَﺖ ﺚ ُﺳْﻘَﻴﺎ َرْﺣَﻤَﺔ َوَﻻ َﺗْﺠَﻌﻠ َْﻨﺎ ِﻣَﻦ اﻟَْﻘﺎ ﻧِِﻄ ْ َ اﻟَْﻐْﻴ َ

ﲔ
ﲑ اﻟَْﻔﺎ ﺗِِﺤ ْ َ ﲔ ،أﻟﻠ َُّﻬ َّﻢ اِﻓَْﺘْﺤﻠ ََﻨﺎ ﻓَْﺘَﺤﺎ ُّمﺑِْ•َﻨﺎ َوأْﻧَﺖ َﺧ ْ ُ ﲑ اﻟ َّﺮ اِﺣِﻤ ْ َ
َﺧ ْ ُ
ﲔ۞ ‘ َر ﺑِّﻠ َْﻌﺎ ﻟَِﻤ ْ َ ﻓَُﻘِﻄَﻌﺎ دَا ﺑُِﺮ اﻟَْﻘْﻮِﻣﺎ َّلِذْﻳَﻦ َﻇﻠ َُﻤْﻮا َواﻟَْﺤْﻤُﺪ ِ َّ ِ
َ
ﻚ، ﻚَ ،وَﻧَﺘَﻮَُّ qﻞ َpﻠ َْﻴ َ ﻚَ ،وَﻧْﺴَﺘْﻐِﻔُﺮَكَ،وُﻧْﺆِﻣُﻦ ﺑِ َ أﻟﻠ َُّﻬ َّﻢ إِّﻧَﺎ َﻧْﺴَﺘِﻌ•ُﻨ َ
ﱰَك َﻣْﻦ ﳉُﻔُﺮَكَ ،و َﻧْﺨﻠ َُﻌﺎ َ ،وَﻧ ْ ُ ﲑَ ،وَﻧْﺸُﻜُﺮَكَ ،وَﻻ َﻧ ْ ﻚ اﻟَْﺨ ْ َ َوُﻧﺜِْﲏ َpﻠ َْﻴ َ
َ
ﻚ َﻧْﺴَﻌﺎ ﻚ ُﻧَﺼﻠِ ّﻲ َوَﻧْﺴُﺠُﺪَ ،وإِﻟَْﻴ َ َﻳْﻔُﺠُﺮَك ،أﻟﻠ َُّﻬ َّﻢ إِّﻳَﺎَك َﻧْﻌُﺒُﺪ َ ،و ﻟَ َ
ﳉ َّﻔﺎِر
ﻚ ﺑِ ﺎ ﻟ ْ ُ ﻚ ،إِ َّن ََpﺬا َﺑ َ ﻚَ ،وَﻧْﺨَﺸﲝ ََpﺬا َﺑ َ َوَﻧْﺤِﻔُﺪَ ،ﻧْﺮُﺟْﻮ َرْﺣَﻤَﺘ َ
ُﻣﻠ ِْﺤٌﻖ۞
O Allāh! Guide us, by Your favour, to those whom You
guided, and pardon us with those whom You have pardoned.
Bring us close to those whom You have brought nigh
(befriended) and bless us in all that You gave us. Protect us
and turn away from us the evil of what You have decreed.
For it is You that decrees and there is no decree upon You.
You do not humiliate the one whom You have befriended
and do not increase (empower) the one whom You have
taken as an enemy. Blessed and Exalted are You, our Lord.
To You, all praise for what You have decreed. We ask Your
forgiveness, O God, and turn in repentance to You; God’s
blessings and peace be upon the unlettered Prophet and on
his family and his Companions.
O God! Lift from us trials which no one but You can lift. O
God! Give us to drink from the rain of Your Mercy and let us
not be of the despondent; Lord, forgive and have mercy, for
You are (Most) Merciful. O God! Open for us a manifest
opening for You are the best of Openers. (So the last remnant
of the people who did evil was cut off. Praise be to God, Lord
of the Worlds.) (6:45).
O Allāh, we implore you for help, and beg forgiveness of you
and believe in you and rely on you and extol you and we are
thankful to you and are not ungrateful to you and we
alienate and forsake him who disobeys you. Oh Allāh you
alone do we worship and for you do we pray and prostrate
and we betake to please you and present ourselves for the
service in your cause and we hope for your mercy and fear
your chastisement. Undoubtedly, your torment is going to
overtake the infidels.
Immediately After Salatul Witr Recite Following;
۞ﻚ اﻟُْﻘ ُّﺪوِس
ِ ُِﺳْﺒَﺤﺎَن اﻟَْﻤﻠ
۞ﻚ اﻟُْﻘ ُّﺪوِس
ِ ُِﺳْﺒَﺤﺎَن اﻟَْﻤﻠ
۞ﻚ اﻟُْﻘ ُّﺪوِس
ِ ُِﺳْﺒَﺤﺎَن اﻟَْﻤﻠ
Glory be to the Sovereign, the Most Holy (x 03 times)
َ َ
َ ﻚ ِﻣْﻦ ُﻋُﻘْﻮَﺑِﺘ
،ﻚ َ ِ َو أُﻋْﻮذُ ﺑُِﻤَﻌﺎ ﻓَﺎﺗ،ﻚَ َا◌ﻟﻠ َُّﻬ َّﻢ إِ ِ ّﱐ أُﻋْﻮذُ ﺑِِﺮَﺿﺎَك ِﻣْﻦ َﺳَﺨِﻄ
َ َ ﻠ َﻴp َﻻ أ ُْﺣِﺼﻲ َﺛﻨﺎء،و أ َﻋﻮذُ ﺑﻚ ِﻣﻨﻚ
۞ﻚ َ ََﻼ َﻧْﻔِﺴp ﺖ َ ْﻴnَﺖ َﻛَﻤﺎ أْﺛ َ أْﻧ،ﻚ َ ْ َ ً َ ْ َ ْ َ ِ ُْ َ
O Allah, I seek refuge with Your Pleasure from Your anger. I
seek refuge in Your forgiveness from Your punishment. I
seek refuge in You from You. I cannot count Your praises,
You are as You have praised Yourself.
ﳉَﺮةً َّوأ َِﺻْﻴﻼ ً ۞ َﻻ
ْ ﷲ ُﺑ ً َواﻟَْﺤْﻤُﺪ ﻟِ َّﻼِه َﻛِﺜ،ﲑ
ِ َوُﺳْﺒَﺤﺎَن ا,ﲑ ُ َ ﷲ ا َ ْﻛ
ً ﱪ َﻛِﺒ ُ َا
ﻚ َو ﻟَُﻪ اﻟَْﺤْﻤُﺪ ﻳُْﺤِﻲ َو ﻳُِﻤﻴْﺖ َوُﻫَﻮ ُ اَِﻻ هَ اِ َّﻻ ا
َ ﷲ َوْﺣَﺪهُ َﻻ َﺷِﺮ ْﻳ
ُ ْ ﻟَُﻪ اﻟُْﻤﻠ، ﻚ ﻟَُﻪ
۞ ْﻠ َﻠ َْﻮ َّﻫﺎُبpَ ُِّﻞ َﺷْﻴٍﺊ ﻗَِﺪْﻳٌﺮ ۞ ُﺳْﺒَﺤﺎَن َرﺑَِﻴﺎ ﻟَْﻌﻠِﻲ اْﻷq ََﻼp
Allāh is the Greatest, very great. Praise be to Allāh, again and
again. Glorified is Allāh SWT morning and evening. There is no
true god except Allāh. He is one. To him belongs the dominion
and to him all praise and he is powerful over all things. Glory
be to my Lord, All-High, Supreme, Most Munificent.
Witr on the nights of the 15th and 16th of Ramadan
As mentioned above, on these nights, the Witr prayer is
split into a 2 raka’at prayer and a 1 raka’at prayer. This is in
honour of the middle of Ramadan, as on the 16th night,
Sayyidina Jibrail (as), together with 5000 Angels, descend
to the earth and give salaams to the believers, and they will
remain on earth till Fajr after the Night of Power (Laylatul
Qadr).
On the night of the 16th and on the night of Laylatul Qadr,
after reciting Surah Fatihah, reite Surah ‘Ala in the first
raka’at, Surah Kafiroon in the second.
After the 2 raka’at prayer is completed, say:
۞ﺂِل ُﻣَﺤ َّﻤٍﺪ َوَﺳﻠِ ّْﻢp َﺎﻵpا َﻟﻠ َُّﻬ َّﻢ َﺻ ِ ّﻞ ا َﻵ ُﻣَﺤ َّﻤٍﺪ َو
۞َﻳﺎ أ ََﺣُﺪ
Then complete the final raka’at of Witr, reciting Surah al-
Fatihah, Surah Ihklas, Surah Falak, and Surah an-Nas, as
well as Qunoot, before Sajada.

sallāhu ta’ala alaihi wa ‘ala alihi wasahbihi wasallam (1)
• Allāh, Allāh (100). Hasbunallāhu wa ni’mal wakeel, ni’mal
maula wa ni’man naseer. Wa la hawla wa laquwwata illa
billāhil ‘aliyyil azheem.
• Hu, Hu 33 times. Hasbunallāhu wa ni’mal wakeel, ni’mal
maula wa ni’man naseer. Wa la hawla wa laquwwata illa
billāhil ‘aliyyil azheem.
• Haqq, Haqq 33 times. Hasbunallāhu wa ni’mal wakeel, ni’mal
maula wa ni’man naseer. Wa la hawla wa laquwwata illa
billāhil ‘aliyyil azheem.
• Hayy, Hayy 33 times. Hasbunallāhu wa ni’mal wakeel, ni’mal
maula wa ni’man naseer. Wa la hawla wa laquwwata illa
billāhil ‘aliyyil azheem.
• SubhanimAllāh SultanimAllāh NabimMuhammad
AlaihiSalam.
• Salawat (10)
• Salli Ya Rabbi Wa Sallim.., Seyyid as Salawat and Ask any Dua

Salām Salātan Tadoomu Wa Tuhdā Ilay Mammarral Layālin
Wa Thulath Dhawām x 3 times.
Take food with the intention that the eating and drinking of it is
a celebration of Mawlid to Rasulullāh ﺻﻠﻰ ﷲ ﻋﻠﯿﮫ وﺳﻠﻢand make
Dua for it to be a blessing for all who partake in it.
