 Limited Liability Company (LLC) formation in USA with required state.


 EIN/ITIN (in case you have USA address and don’t have respectively)
 Business registration with state (for filing)
 Annual filing (annual state fee should be paid)
 Sales tax certificate of state
 Sales tax exemption certificate
 Business registration
 Agent fee ($50)
 Real Physical Address - (start from $15/month or $115/year)
 Mercury Business Bank Account with debit card - ($25)
 Transfer wise business account with debit card – ($25)
 Revolut business account with debit card – ($25)

Notes:

1. State fee varies from $50-800 as well as their annual filing fee which is less.
2. Along with all fees (agent fee) and service charges, cost will start from $200 + state fee.
3. Every state requirement is different for tax but mostly they require sellers to file taxes and
returns every month.
4. It may take 2 days to 1 week for LLC formation.
5. It may take few days to 3 weeks or more for EIN. (depending on current situation)
6. Other services take max 2 days to file.
7. You can register company as a resident with USA address or as a foreigner with your country
details.
8. Physical address will give you these merits (receive posts, forward Mail Anywhere, virtual
mailbox to view postal mails online, digital storage, international shipping, free shredding of
documents, mail security, high quality scans of your business and personal documents sent to
you)
9. If you buy physical address for whole year there is a discount and you will get it in $115. For
coming years it will be $100/year.
