“APPROVING THE PROGRAM, PROJECTS, ACTIVITIES (PPA) AND THE LOCAL DRRM FUND
INVESTMENT PLAN OF THE BARANGAY DISASTER RISK REDUCTION MANAGEMENT PLAN
(BDRRMP) COVERING THE PERIOD OF 2018
WHEREAS, the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction Management Committee
forwarded to this body it’s Program Plans for Disaster Prevention, Mitigation, Preparedness
and Contingency for perusal and prompt action;
WHEREAS, the said PPA and LDRRMFIP is detailed as follows: (please see
attachment)
WHEREAS, upon careful study and deliberation of the Sangguniang Barangay
members present, it has been agreed upon that the aforementioned Program Plans be
approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, upon motion of Hon. Reynaldo D. Legaspi, duly seconded by
Hon. Zosimo A. Jimenez, be it:
RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED to approve this Resolution approving the
Program Plans of Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction Management Committee for Disaster
Prevention, Mitigation and Preparedness to be Seventy Percent (70%) of the Five Percent
(5%) 2018 Local DRRM Fund”
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be furnished all concerned
Government Offices for their information and favorable action.

RESOLUTION NO. 04- S- 2017
A Resolution on the DESIGNATION of BARANGAY KAGAWAD LUZ L. DE LEON
as the KASAMBAHAY REGISTRATION DESK OFFICER of
BARANGAY MOLINO II, CITY of BACOOR, CAVITE
WHEREAS, the Local Government Code of The Philippines, cited as the "Local Government
Code of 1991", BOOK III mandates the power of the Punong Barangay to promote the
general welfare of the Barangay;
WHEREAS, SECTION 387 of Book III mandates that the Sangguniang Barangay may form
community brigades and create such other positions as may be deemed necessary to carry
out the purposes of the Barangay government in accordance with the needs of public
service;
WHEREAS, SECTION 389 states that the Punong Barangay, as the chief executive of the
Barangay government, shall exercise such powers and perform such duties and functions,
as provided by this Code and other laws;
WHEREAS, Punong Barangay Michael J. Saquitan enacts this resolution in support of the
Batas Kasambahay and to implement the Barangay Registration of Kasambahays in his area
of jurisdiction;
WHEREAS, as an exercise of executive power, Punong Barangay MICHAEL J. SAQUITAN,
hereby effects the smooth implementation of the rules and regulations of Republic Act No.
10361, otherwise known as An Act Instituting Policies for the Protection and Welfare of
Domestic Workers, or more commonly known as Batas Kasambahay and hereby designates
BARANGAY KAGAWAD LUZ L. DE LEON, as the KASAMBAHAY REGISTRATION DESK
OFFICER.
WHEREAS, BARANGAY KAGAWAD LUZ L. DE LEON, as the KASAMBAHAY REGISTRATION
DESK OFFICER, has the duties and responsibilities to:
1. Responsibly coordinate with other focal persons in the local government units
regarding the law's implementation
2. Submit a Monthly Consolidated Report to the Public Employment Service Office
(PESO) using KR Form 4 (Annex 1) copy furnished the DILG City, Municipal Office,
DOLE District, SSS, PAGIBIG and Philhealth.
3. Assist employers and kasambahays in their acquisition of benefits
4. Display the Flowchart on Barangay Kasambahay Registration
5. Monitor services offered by the KASAMBAHAY REGISTRATION DESK which operates
from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Mondays through Fridays and can be reached through
telephone number (046) 477- 1539.
WHEREFORE, the Council has full faith and confidence on the appointment assigned to
BARANGAY KAGAWAD LUZ L. DE LEON, to assume responsibility for all her acts as the
KASAMBAHAY REGISTRATION DESK OFFICER.

NOW, THEREFORE, WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE BARANGAY COUNCIL, BARANGAY MOLINO
II, CITY OF BACOOR, CAVITE, RESOLVE, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT BARANGAY
KAGAWAD LUZ L. DE LEON, be the appointed KASAMBAHAY REGISTRATION DESK OFFICER
effective JUNE 9, 2017 up to the time that the Punong Barangay may revoke her
appointment due to valid reasons.
UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED this 9th day of JUNE, 2017 by all the present members of the
Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Molino II, City of Bacoor, Cavite

RESOLUTION NO. 03- S- 2017
A Resolution on the DESIGNATION of BARANGAY KAGAWAD ZOSIMO A. JIMENEZ as the
CHAIRPERSON OF THE TASK FORCE on YOUTH DEVELOPMENT of BARANGAY MOLINO II,
CITY of BACOOR, CAVITE
WHEREAS, the Local Government Code of The Philippines, cited as the "Local Government
Code of 1991", BOOK III mandates the power of the Punong Barangay to promote the
general welfare of the Barangay;
WHEREAS, SECTION 387 of Book III mandates that the Sangguniang Barangay may form
community brigades and create such other positions as may be deemed necessary to carry
out the purposes of the Barangay government in accordance with the needs of public

WHEREAS, SECTION 388 mandates that the Punong Barangay, and Sangguniang Barangay
members, shall be deemed as persons in authority in their jurisdictions, while other
Barangay officials and members who may be designated by law or ordinance and charged
with the maintenance of public order, protection and security of life and property, or the
maintenance of a desirable and balanced environment, and any Barangay member who
comes to the aid of persons in authority, shall be deemed agents of persons in authority.
WHEREAS, SECTION 389 states that the Punong Barangay, as the chief executive of the
Barangay government, shall exercise such powers and perform such duties and functions,
as provided by this Code and other laws.
WHEREAS, as an exercise of executive power, Punong Barangay MICHAEL J. SAQUITAN,
designates BARANGAY KAGAWAD ZOSIMO A. JIMENEZ, as the Chairperson of the TASK
FORCE on YOUTH DEVELOPMENT;
WHEREAS, BARANGAY KAGAWAD ZOSIMO A. JIMENEZ, as the Chairperson of the TASK
FORCE on YOUTH DEVELOPMENT, has the duties and responsibilities to:
6. Ensure the implementation of the youth development and empowerment programs,
projects and activities in conformity with Section 2 of the Operational Guidelines on
the Utilization of the Sangguniang Kabataan Funds for FY 2017;
7. Oversee / monitor the implementation of the youth development and empowerment
programs and projects; and
8. Prepare reports on the utilization of SK Funds.
WHEREFORE, the Council has full faith and confidence on the appointment assigned to
BARANGAY KAGAWAD ZOSIMO A. JIMENEZ, to assume responsibility for all his acts as the
Chairperson of the TASK FORCE YOUTH DEVELOPMENT;
NOW, THEREFORE, WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE BARANGAY COUNCIL, BARANGAY MOLINO
II, CITY OF BACOOR, CAVITE, RESOLVE, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT BARANGAY
KAGAWAD ZOSIMO A. JIMENEZ, be the appointed Chairperson of the TASK FORCE on
