Use simple present tense to describe their daily routines
9.1 INTRODUCTION
What is the first thing you do right after opening your eyes in the morning? Do
you directly have a shower or eat your breakfast? What do you do after that? Well,
everyone might have a different answer to that question. It is because they have
different daily routines.

The daily routines of children, teenagers, or adults might change as they keep
growing up. Some people have a fixed schedule of their daily activities, but others may
just go without any plans. Keeping a daily routine helps to stay organized and focused.
It is also a means for achieving the work-life balance
A. LIST OF EXPRESSIONS
Here are some daily activities words to enhance your vocabulary in English:
Taken from https://7esl.com/daily-routines/
From those pictures, you can talk about your routines with your friend, for example:
- Usually, I have breakfast together with my family at 6.30 a.m
- I often do the laundry on the weekend
- I go out with my friend every Saturday night
9.2 GRAMMAR BOOSTER
A. Simple present tense
When describing your routines, you tell other people about your daily activities
that happen regularly. In this case, you have to use the simple present tense. Take a look
at this video and pay attention to the use of simple present tense (
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JwGnCIsLOpU). Check how to construct your
sentence in the simple present tense in the following explanation. Finally, do the
