Job-Related Attitude that can Lead to Positive Attitudes

According to (Katsaros et al., 2014), Employees' negative attitudes towards changes in

the organization can change with employee awareness with the need for various job-related

attitude, researchers has proven these by testing with job satisfaction, organizational

commitment, and job involvement can make a positive impression to the employees and see the

difference and changes which were tested from different jobs too.

Job security

Any risks that potentially interfere with the continuity of workers’ employment can inflict

a significant amount of harm to individuals and organizations alike, in short-term and long-term

capacities making jobs very influential to an employee’s behavior and attitudes towards their

work, co-workers and the company. This was regarded by strong relation of job security and

quick reactions toward job attitudes (job satisfaction and job involvement) and organizational

attitudes (organizational commitment and trust).

According to (Ben Davis 2021), Factors influencing attitude are beliefs, feelings, and

action tendencies of an individual or group of individuals towards objects, ideas, and people.
Therefore, some attitudes are unpredictable due to its unclear causes by the environment,

explaining why there’s mysterious people mostly women where emotions are hard to understand

and explain due to what shaped their attitudes.

Employees Demeanor based on Objects

(Tutanes 2019) Determine whether the use of stand-up desk had an impact on the

employees’ anthropometric concerns attitudes towards the organization and co-workers. Tested

by understanding employees work routine and their opinions about their health, work attitude

and productivity resulted positively by using specific and different material such as stand-up

desk in this case. Providing data about attitude affected by the objects in the environment can

also influence attitude of employees.

 Fewer Working Days

According to (Sundo 2015), Attitude toward fewer working days had the largest effect

among the four factors causing shifting feelings through motivation, perception, learning and

even attitude. Other studies concluded that weekends, holidays and even suspension can affect

these factors of employees in a positive or negative approach.

Work Attitude

According to (Kintanar 2020), Findings revealed on the level of work attitude of

elementary teachers and job satisfaction gained the highest mean and self-efficacy as the lowest

mean revealing an unexpected conclusion for elementary teachers which are known to be one

stressful teaching having higher mean when it comes to job satisfaction. Attitude of an employee

in education is usually lower based on other studies.
