AFFIDAVIT OF CONFORMITY

WE, ANA GARCIA, JULES CASTRO and JOE MOLINA, all of legal age, married
and residents of Sta. Maria, Ilocos Sur, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
do hereby depose and state that:

1. We are the children and legal heirs of our deceased father JEORGE MOLINA who died
intestate;

2. The said deceased left a parcel of land in his name, which is more particularly described
as follows:

“A parcel of land (designated as Lot A) containing the total area


of 3,000 square meters covered by Tax Declaration No. 20-00127-00875
under the name of JEORGE MOLINA;”

3. However, a portion of the said parcel of land, with an area of 685 square meters, was
erroneously included and declared under Tax Declaration No. 20-00127-00875 in the
name of JEORGE MOLINA because the same is rightfully owned and possessed by
VANGIE RAGASA. (Attached as Annex “A” is a Consolidation-Subdivision Plan
showing the said portion);

4. Being the rightful owner and possessor, VANGIE RAGASA on 6 November 2019 hired
a Geodetic Engineer to conduct an actual survey of the property as part of the
requirements for the titling of the said lot;

5. Upon the actual survey of the said property, the actual area size of the abovementioned
portion of Lot A, together with a parcel of land designated as Lot B declared under the
name of PEDRO RAGASA, is One Thousand One Hundred Sixty Nine (1,169) square
meters as shown in the Consolidation-Subdivision Plan attached as Annex “A;” and

6. This Affidavit is being executed to attest to the foregoing facts.
