Observation
Activities  Through the high electric bill, community
in Daragutan West has a hard time to pay
for it.
 The community are struggling due to high
electric bill that is why many of them
complains.
 They are not able to meet the prices due
to lack finance.
 It happens due to late giving of bill which
is around three months, that is why some
of the bill goes to 10k.

Environment  The community in Daragutan West, San
Mariano, Isabela
 Living in a coastal area.
 The community are surrounded by river,
trees, rice plants and corn plants.
 Rural area
 No street light
Interaction  Ibanag people or the indigenous people
are living here
 Their voices are sometimes louder or
even sweeter.
 Some people here who came from their
farms going home in a night time.
 Many accidents happen due to lack of
street lights.
 Due to lack of street lights, there are
crime happens like rape or maybe some
accidents.
Objects  People here needs electricity to acquire
lights.
 Some uses wifi due to lack of data
connection.
 Street light is a must in this era
Users  Daragutan West people are the users.
 They are 15 users.
 It can be the old, adult, teenagers of the
children.
 They are struggling due high electrical bill
because of lack of finance.
