Subject : NOTICE TO COLLECT 2ND BILLING

Sir,
We will request to collect the 2nd billing as stated in the previous billing request
amount of EIGHTEEN MILLION PESOS ONLY (18,000,000.00) as per contract.
Due to this, we are able continue the supply of manpower and materials such as rafters,
C-purlins and other necessary material in the said project. I wish that my request will be
granted possibly this week.
Otherwise, if we cannot receive payment in full by this week, it will be caused for temporary
postponed of work at site.
