International
Yoga Day
Yoga is an ancient
physical, mental
and spiritual
practice with
multiple health
benefits.
In this current
situation of the
COVID-19 pandemic,
yoga is a powerful
tool to deal with
stress of uncertainty
and isolation, as well
as to maintain
physical well-being.
Through yoga children
can learn techniques for
self-health, relaxation
and inner fulfillment.
Yoga at an early age
encourages self-esteem
and body awareness.
