Aim of the test
To verify fitment & function of Axle (Car carrier).

1) BACKGROUND : Car Carrier axle is designed to work in trailers which carry the all types
of cars (transport)

2) TEST CONDUCTED : Installation Done as per GA drawing.


a) Fitment of Axle components.
3) Check Points b) Any abnormality during tightening & fitments.

a) No fouling found during assembly.


4) OBSERVATIONS : b) Assembly can be done easily.
c) Good serviceability.

5) ASSEMBLY WEIGHT 400 KG

6) CONCLUSION : Fitment & assembly found "OK" as per York-GA layout.
