Ammar Kandil Lively Nurturing Liberated Thinker Easy-go-lucky
Processing Questions:
1. Were you able to fill out all related descriptions for each person? Which of the descriptions is the
most observable?
- Yes. For me the most observable description is probably Thomas Brag.
2. What is the most difficult description to observe? Explain.
- The most difficult description would be Hwang In Youp’s description because he was not that open as a
person, and he is also not as active in social media as compared with those two personalities that I listed.
So it’s not that easy to observe his personality for me.
3. What can you say about the differences that you observed among these three persons?
- I’ve observed that none of them share the same similarities in all of the categories, well some of them
are the same but in a one/two category only. Which I realized that we are all build different, with how the
way we think, communicate and interact with people and for me their own differences makes them
unique which makes so many people to admire them.

Processing Questions:
1. What do you notice with your answers?
- I noticed that most of my answers are in the “Socially” category.
2. Which of the situations is the most difficult to handle or manage? Explain.
- I think it would be the last one because I’m confused if it should be in the category “Emotionally” or
“Socially”, and I’m not really sure with my final answer.
3. What type of support or help is the easiest to provide? Explain.
- For me it would be an emotional support for someone. Like a simple advice and an emotional supporter
could help someone to at least boost their hopes in life.
4. What have you realized after doing this activity?
- I’ve realized that showing your support to others in those times helps them a lot even if it’s just a simple
support like comforting them.

Processing Questions:
1. How do you compare your answers in each column?
- Some of my answers in each of the columns are the same and the rest are all different. For me that’s
why some of them are the same is because that specific rule is universal in all aspect that’s why they share
some similarities.
2. Given the current situation, how do you intend to practice them?
- I will do my best to follow these rules as far as I can do during this pandemic because I can’t really promise
to be able to follow all of them.
3. What made you practice such ways to respect individual differences and care for others?
- I believe in the golden rule that “Do not do into others if you don’t want it to do it to you.” So if I wanted
to be respected with other people I should also respect them because the way you treat the people around
you will also reflect .
What I have Learned
How should we celebrate our individual differences?
How should we celebrate our individual differences? Well, there are so many things for us to be able to
do that. First we can start it in our own homes. How? Just by doing and following the rules that we have
at home directly means that you also respect someone’s differences and that is already a contribution in
celebrating someone’s differences.
Second we can celebrate it in a way by simply trying to understand the reason behind the differences
before arriving at judgements. Because nowadays people tend to judge someone through one sided
stories not by understanding the whole situation first.
Third, by learning to see the beauty in the differences rather than try to bring things towards the side of
things. Because appreciating each other’s uniqueness is a celebration itself. Lastly, we need to keep it into
our minds that celebrating differences is more about mutual acceptance rather than having very high
levels of tolerance. Once you learn to accept things, then there is no need to actually ‘celebrate’ your
differences and put up a show to show how different we are and how well we are tolerating others.
Because these differences become a part of life itself.
