COMPLAINT

The undersigned private complainant hereby accuses NILO VECINA


SALA, a resident of Punong, Tomas Oppus, Southern Leyte, of the crime of
UNJUST VEXATION, under Article 287 par 2 of the Revised Penal Code,
committed as follows:

That on August 10, 2018, at about 6:00 o’clock in the morning, more
or less, in Barangay Punong, Tomas Oppus, Southern Leyte, Philippines,
and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above-named
accused did, then and there willfully, deliberately, unlawfully,
feloniously and without any apparent reason harassed the undersigned
by challenging to a fistfight uttering in front of the undersigned the
following:

“GARA-GARAON KA UG DRIVE IMO SAKJANAN SALIG


KA KAY NAA KA IGSOON NGA ABOGADO! UNJA NGANU
DIAY NGA NAA MAN KO ANAK PULIS!

That the undersigned filed a case against the accused before the Lupon
Tagapamayapa of Barangay Punong, Tomas Oppus, Southern Leyte for
Mediation and Conciliation. During the mediation and conciliation
proceedings before the Lupon Tagapamayapa no amicable settlement was
reached between the complainant and the accused as evidenced by the
Certificate to File Action hereto attached.

CONTRARY TO LAW.
