MATERIAL OF CONSTRUCTION:

OUTER LAYER:
 The outer layer is made from PREOXIDIZED-PARA-ARAMIDE based aluminized material
(DICKSON 4585)
 The fabric has a total weight of 515g/m2 (+/-30g/m2)
 The fabric is tested and certified to EN11612 having a rating of A1 B1 C3 D3 & E3,F1
 The fabric offers excellent thermal, radiant and convective heat protection.

INNER MOST LAYER:


 The inner most layer is made from flame retardant fabric (Klopman Gemini FR).
 The fabric has a total weight of 340 g/m2 (+/- 5g/m2).
 The fabric is tested and certified to EN 11612 having rating of A1, A2, B1, C1, D0, E3, and F1.

DESIGN OF THE SUIT


The suit is designed in Coat and Pant form.

COAT
 The coat is designed to offer maximum protection with limited discomfort to the user.
 The coat is provided with front zip fastening arrangement with overlapping flap with Velcro
 The coat is provided with high protective collar with throat guard and Velcro tightening
arrangement for better protection.
 The sleeves of the coat are provided with elastic wrist and finger loops with additional press
buttoning tightening arrangements.
 The coat is stitched with flame retardant and mechanically strong para-aramide thread.
 The coat is supplied with provision for BA pouch or with out BA pouch.

PANT
 The pant is designed to offer maximum protection with limited discomfort to the user.
 The pant is provided with heavy duty nylon suspenders for fit adjustment with quick release snap
buckles.
 The pant is provided with zipper and Velcro overlapping at fork area.
 The pant is provided with fastening arrangement at the bottom.
 The pant is stitched with flame retardant and mechanically strong para-aramide thread.

APPROVALS
 The aluminized outer fabric (DICKSON 4585) is tested and certified to EN ISO 11612 and
EN 1486.
 The Inner layer (Klopman Gemini FR) is tested and certified to EN 11612.
