Overview of the Business
North’s Sweet Polvoron brings you the finest and innovative products
which are proudly Bicolano made. We sell sweet products like Polvoron
with sprinkles and chocolate nips. Proponents saw the Filipino’s love to
food and mostly of us are into sweet foods and this evidently
happening every occasions. That is why some says that Filipinos have
sweet tooth.
North’s Sweet Polvoron believe that sweet food cannot just satisfy our
craving but also capable of bringing sweet life to everyone.

Mission
North Sweet Side is a company that dedicates in providing good quality
desserts for client who seek sweet tasting products that pampers their
moods. We intend to make continued growth and development in

“GRAHAM POLVORON”
Description:
Polvoron
- is a Filipino-style shortbread made of toasted flour, powdered milk,
sugar and butter. Sweet, buttery and easy to customize with different
flavors, it’s a delicious snack or dessert and great for gift giving, too.
- it comes from the Spanish word, “polvo” or dust suggest it’s a soft,
crumbly confection made of flour, milk, sugar, fat and nuts.
GRAHAM POLVORON:
- To make this unique and innovated we used crushed graham as an
additional flavor and put some sprinkles and chocolate nips to make
it more attractive and palatable.
Ingredients:
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• ½ cup powdered milk
• ½ cup sugar
• ½ cup melted butter
• ½ cup crushed graham
• Nips
• Sprinkles
Procedure:
1. Sift flour. Toast flour in a pan moderate heat for about 15 minutes or until
light brown. Stir constantly to avoid burning.
2. Transfer the toasted flour into a bowl and let it cool.
3. Then, add powdered milk and toss for a couple of minute.
4. Add sugar and melted butter. Mix well.
5. And lastly, add crushed graham. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
6. Divide mixture into three equal portion. Add sprinkles and nips.
7. Fill the polvoron, mold with the mixture, press it hard by using spoon, then
release it.
8. Place polvoron in an air tight container then chill in the fridge until firm.
And it’s ready to be wrap in colorful cellophane.
“CHOCO MALLOWS”
Description:
CHOCO MALLOWS
- Inspired by graham balls that is sweet and soft dessert.
Choco mallows are a heavenly dessert made by affordable
ingredients yet trendy and have the instagrammable look that
every costumer must to buy. Choco mallows are a sweet that
you can munch all day and all night.
- It made innovative my using ingredients that are highly
available in every market place even in a Sari-Sari store. The
product also has the look that every costumer now a days are
up to. We also added not just one sweet product but three
because we believe that why satisfied our sweet tooth and
craving with one sweet if you can have it all in one product.

Jersey Condensed Milk
Mello Marshmallow
Liquidized Chocolate bits
Procedure
1. Mashed bingo double chocolate biscuit into powder.
2. Mixed the condensed milk with powdery biscuit,
condensed milk measurement depend on your preferred
sweet level.
3. Liquidized the chocolate bits.
4. Scoop ½ table spoon of bingo biscuit and condensed milk
mixture.
5. Flatten the mixture and put mello marshmallow into the
center.
6. Mold the mixture with mello marshmallow into circle
shape
7. Put the ball shaped mixture into plate and squeeze
liquidized chocolate bits until you achieved the look you
want.

also at the time 7-9 AM in the morning.
The children who are age are 8-12 years old like both our product , but mostly of them buy our choco
mallows and they buy at the time of 4-7 PM .
The teens who are age of 13- 15 years old like our polvoron and they buy at the time of 4-7 PM in the
afternoon.
The adult who are age of 16-20 years old like our polvoron and they buy at the timep of 4-5 PM and also
at the time of 10- 1 PM in the afternoon.
The adult who are age of 20-25 years old like our choco mallows at the time of 5-7 PM and 10- 1 PM in
the afternoon.
Our best seller is polvoron because it is popular with children as well as the elderly and it is quickly
consumed because it is delicious and very affordable.
FEEDBACK IN OUR PRODUCT
-The polvoron is a bit sour but it taste good i hope next time its not sour.
-The wrapping of the polvorn is not that good but its okay
-The choco mallow taste good and its appetizing at first glance
