Block drain

Supply, construct and complete drains with precast concrete

block drain laid to falls, jointing and pointing in cement and
sand (1:3) including 50mm thick sand blinding,150mm thick
concrete base with a layer of BRC A6, 340mm concrete and
225mm thick cement and sand brickwall on both sides of
drain with 20mm thick cement and sand plastering at
exposed surfaces , 75mm diameter PVC pipe weephole and
125mm x 125mm RC struts at 1000mm centres , 50mm thick
drain cover and including all necessary excavation and part
return fill in and ram and cart away surplus material and
deposit, spread and level as specified all as per drawing No,
ZNA/200106/RD/02

225mm (internal) Wide half round precast concrete as

described surface water drain channel including hoisting,
bedding, jointing in cement and sand and aggregate (1:3:6)
and laid to falls including all necessary excavation, 100mm
concrete bed (Grade 15) as described base and half
brickwall 500mm high (average) with and including all
necessary cement and sand (1:3) plastering to wall complete,
all as per drawing No. ZNA/200106/RD/02

Supply, construct and complete brick sumps, constructed of

225mm thick concrete base Grade 20 with a layer of BRC
A6, 150mm thick lean concrete, 225mm thick brickwall in
common bricks with 20mm thick (1:6) cement and sand
plastering internally with 225mm thick concrete slab Grade
25 on top with and including galvanised steel grating
complete with swivel hinges and achored framing and all
necessary excavation and moulds disposal of surplus
