RFID based Fabric tracking is a solution for tracking inventory levels through UHF
RFID tags. This solution is integrated with ERP and automates the processing of
inventory management through direct entries in the system without any manual
intervention. System also enables to track the exact location of a given unit through
an automated procedure of scanning. This solution is also integrated in Cutting
departments where Rolls can be checked against their shade and shrinkage
restrictions. An integrated weighing scale is also attached to measure Large and
Small wastage and associate to lots and orders. Remaining Rolls are marked
partial and their WIP location is updated to current department providing real-time

reconciliation between cutting and warehousing.
