Topic: Your Marriage and You

Text: Proverbs 18:22 (KJV) said ‘Whoso findeth a wife (not wives) findeth a good thing, and
obtaineth favour of the Lord.’

I want to congratulation all the (legally) married men and women.

I sincerely pray that as you read this Word of Life revival will take place in your marriage in the
name of Jesus. Let us believe the Holy Spirit to speak to our heart if you could only open up and
allow him to repair and restructure your heart toward your spouse.

I may not be fifty years in marriage but by the special grace of God, I started preaching, teaching
and handle marital affair when I was under 30. I could remember after teaching in one of our
General Zonal Fellowship, one man walked down to me and whispered to my hear, not now it is
when you get married we will know. God helping me through the power of Jesus I am doing
what I preach and teach to His glory, Amen.

Acts 20:20(KJV) And how I kept back nothing that was profitable unto you, but have shewed
you, and have taught you publicly, and from house to house,

I understand one thing that God is the author of marriage, his reason is that he does not want his
image to be lonely, the Bible said so in Genesis 2:18a ‘...it is not good that the man should be
alone...’ understand this too loneliness is never God’s intention in your marriage. Every system
has secrets, I will say for every institution there is rules and principles which much play by it.

Take note of this although is not part of today’s message, I could remember in the past when I
hurt my mother, she will say unless I did not carried you in my womb for good nine months but
as I growth up I recovered that it is we men that first carried women in our side and only God
knows how long and our own we slept and wake up and found a baby girl. Genesis 2:21-23 Men
shout a better Hallelujah. We were the first, tell them something else.

The title of this message with the help of Holy Spirit is ‘Your Marriage and You’ but King
James Version sub-heading it ‘Rules for Christian Households’ Colossians (KJV) 3: 18-19 in
which if you play by the rules and principles I can assure you of absolute peace and harmony in
your marriage. Here are duties for everyone that makes up a household (marriage) biblically not
by culture and traditions of men.

Please I will advice husband and wife to carry scorecard and score yourselves.

(Col 3:18 [KJV]) Said ‘Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as it is fit in the
Lord.’ The women of today are hiding under civilization to be equal with their husband because
they are working bringing money home and by their body language they are telling their
husband you are a degree and master holder so I am, your business is doing well so my own but
you forget your primary duties as a wife, everything at home is house girl, read Proverbs 31. It is
clear that God has given the home to women as their domain. unknowing to you the man is
taking notice of your actions and his reactions may be very surprise while some may not talk a
word but quietly look elsewhere, you now run to your Pastor, my husband is this my husband is
that but you quickly forget your behaviour and never tell it to your Pastor. Remember God is not
moved by emotion if you like cry still tomorrow He is moved by His word. Think of the way
you are treating your husband if you hear that a woman is treating your son, brother or father
would you like it, some of you, your husband have no option but playing to the rules as God
commanded but those who have option the news is that my husband is sleeping with my house
girl, he is beating me, he does not touch me, he does not stay at home, my husband does not
show me love etc, who is the genesis? Score yourself as it is fit in the Lord.
(Col 3:19 [KJV]) said ‘Husbands, love your wives, and be not bitter against them.’ Husbands
love your wives, the Bible did not say husband love your school mates, Oga Madam, colleagues,
night or street ladies, house girl, your wife sister or friend even when they present themselves so
cheap and available, simply tell them that you are not available and that you are not ready to buy
any market, proudly tell them that you bought one already she is waiting for you at home.
God did not made mistake by asking us to love our wife because he knows that love will
covered her short coming, love will make us to tolerate their weaknesses, love will make us to
provider for her, love will make us to make sure that she is safe and secure but any love that will
make a husband to be control by his wife is not of God, is it satanic. I sincerely pity any husband
that is being control by his wife because I know that he is in a big trouble already. God will not
hold any wife responsible for any misfortune in your family, just like when our Mother Sarah
worked on Abraham to sleep with their maid and she was the first target of the attacked and
when she could no longer bear the shame she told Abraham to send her away, the husband said I
am not heartless, I cannot do such a thing but when he could not withstand two women fighting
in his all the time, he ran to God and he said to him since you had allowed your wife to control
you go back and continue to obey her. He knows that when a man love his wife he will
everything for her and a when a man love his wife, he put his head there and ready to die which
is the character of Christ, he also knew that, at time they could behave very funny that you will
ask, is this my wife or another woman which could cause bitterness and God has forth warn us
not to be bitter against her.

I pray that God will touch the heart of irresponsible husband supposing Christian (brother) even
Pastor I do wondered if they have heard about Jesus before. They lack respect for their wife
even though she was the one that proposed and brought out money for you to married her for
God sake show her some respect and love because you greed, not every little thing you begin to
beat and insult her even in the public but in the night you begin to dance private dance shame on
you irresponsible husband. I know many husbands are now hiding under recession starving their
family and playing Father Christmas outside if you see where they are eating outside you will
think that there is no tomorrow, free food and drinks for all but at home woman stop disturbing
me don’t you know the situation in the country? Think of the way you are treating your wife if
you hear that a man is treating your beloved sister, daughter or mother would you like it, some
of you, your wife have no option but she only playing by the rules as God commanded but those
who have option the news is that my wife is dog sleeping around with any man, my house boy,
including my driver, she does not stay at home, my wife does not submit to me etc, who is the
genesis of the whole thing? You God will hold you responsible if that woman go to hell. Let me
tell you one secret when you love your wife, your children will be taking care. Score yourself as
it is fit in the Lord.

If you have problem in your marriage Jesus is ever ready to fit it for you, Proverbs 211: The
king's heart is in the hand of the LORD, as the rivers of water: he turneth it whithersoever he
will and in Genesis 18:14a God said ‘....Is anything too hard for the Lord...’ invite him to your
marriage. In Jeremiah 33:3 said ‘call unto me and I will answer thee and show thee great and
mighty things which you knows not’ One spouse can never make marriage to work and claiming
right may not allow you to have sweet marriage, what you see happening in your neighbour and
friends home is not magic it’s because each spouse is playing by the rules and principle. Your
marriage and You (Rules for Christian Household)

Topic: Yet there is Room

Text: Luke 14:17-24 (KJV)

I promised that we will study Psalm 41 but I stumble to a message I wrote down in my diary
which I considered more urgent and important message of our time, as I was reading the text
again I became so afraid because of the reaction of the Master of the house (Jesus) on the report
of the servant (the evangelist) on the attitude of those who have heard message and refused to
believe, the impending danger await them.

The message, this morning is not meant to make anybody sad or guilty but is a wake-up call to
every Christian, our expected responsibility to tell men that Jesus Christ is the only Son of God
and that he is the saviour of the world which has come to save men weakness and from the
power of sin. God has enough rooms for the whole world if only they can accept Him as their
Lord and believe that he is the Son of God. John 1:12

I pray Holy Spirit will help me again, I liken our text to Christian going for evangelism inviting
men to accept Jesus as their Lord and Saviour, possible asking them to come to Church for more
spiritual impartation. They start giving excuses why they cannot accept Jesus as their Lord and
Saviour also why they cannot come to Church and worship the Lord their Maker.

Our text says when the servant tells the master all that the bidden excuses, he was angry and said
to him go out quickly into the streets and lanes of the city, bring in hither the poor, the maimed,
the halt and the blind (telling people about Jesus Christ demand urgency). The servant returned
and said, it is done as thou hast commanded and yet there is room. I pray for everyone reading
this message that your room in heaven shall not remain vacant in the name of Jesus.

The invitation was sent to three sets of people.

First to the people who are well to do, perhaps the noble, the professors and the rich but they
turned down the invitation. I do laugh when I heard some preachers trying to paint Matthew
19:24 And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than
for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God. I feel good preachers forget that it was the
response of the young rich man prompted Luke11: 24.

The second set of people are the middle-class people who are not rich at the same time they are
not poor, who they accepted the invitation.

Thirdly class of people are the poor, mostly not educated but they have teachable spirit somehow
their own invitation was like by force and they submitted it.

I am saying to you that is reading this word of life; don’t be among them that reject Jesus Christ
because there is impeded danger for them Acts 4:12 say ‘Neither is there salvation in any other:
for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. There
is no other way to heaven or to escape hell except Jesus Christ.’

Somebody said if Christianity is like this, I will not go Church, some will say I better pass those
who go to Church, have you see the reaction of the Master (Jesus) of the house to those who
refused to honour the invitation to great upper night. Luke 14:21 ‘So that servant came, and
shewed his lord these things. Then the master of the house being angry said to his servant, Go
out quickly into the streets and lanes of the city, and bring in hither the poor, and the maimed,
and the halt, and the blind.’ I sincerely sorry for you, the god of this world has blinded your eyes,
so many ladies had been killed while on harlot duty yet other are saying that is their own, you
see them in the middle of the night, they stop any car and enter it without fear or knowing where
the car come from and where the car is going and who is the man inside. People die in the night
club even those who witness it the following day you will still them there, a man and lady die in
nightclub swimming pool no press carry it, if it is in Church, it will be the front page caption.
Shame on you, Satan, you cannot stop the movement of Church.
One of the things, I fear most is when I remember that many substitutions are in reserve if I fail
to preach the word of God I can be substituted. Oh God helps my weakness.

Dear friends, this may not be the first that you heard about Jesus. Here what Jesus said in Mark
8:36 For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?, your
earthly position does not count when you die and I want you to know that there is life after death.
The Bible tells us more of what will happen after death in Luke 16: 22-28 say ‘And it came to
pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man
also died and was buried; And in hell he lifts up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham
afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me,
and send Lazarus, which he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am
tormented in this flame. But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst
thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art
tormented. And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which
would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us that would come from thence.
Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father's house: For
I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of
torment.’

Look at the wish of God for you in 2 Peter3:9 say ‘ The Lord is not slack concerning his
promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any
should perish, but that all should come to repentance.’ It is not too late for you to turn to Jesus,
you are alive today to read this message because yet there is room for you.

I sincerely want you to understand something, God is not happy as he declares Luke 14:24 ‘ For
I say unto you, That none of those men which were bidden shall taste of my supper.’ But because
he has given us everything to escape hell in Jesus Christ, his only Son, you rejecting Jesus is like
he has no option than to reject you too.

Please come to Jesus, the Christ today.

Topic: Separate from the multitude

Text: Exodus 32:26 Then Moses stood in the gate of the camp, and said, who is on the LORD'S
side? let him come unto me. And all the sons of Levi gathered themselves together unto him.

Dearest people of God happy New Year, the wishes of God in your life is what I say Amen to it
in the name of Jesus Christ.

Separation from the multitude is very important topic that we want to consider if you want the
written, which is the purpose and plan of God in your life to manifest in you and family in the
year 2016. Separation is very necessary, from the way the above text sound you will agree with
me that Prophet Moses did not negotiating or pleasing with the multitude to come to the Lord.
The Bible said Moses stood in the gate of the camp and said who is on the Lord’s side which is
very simple message for anybody to understand that you have to work out your salvation with
fear and trembling. Are you born again and you want to serve the Lord sincerely with all your
heart in 2016 come up over and damn the saying of men because they will always have
something to say.

In the Christmas message by the grace of God, I said to the people how are you going to
celebrate Christmas? The people that never come to Church will do it anyhow, shamefully and
you that come to Church everyday will follow same, so where is the different that you are a
child of the Kingdom?

The Danger of your continue fellowshipping with the multitude.

1. They will cause you to do something ordinary you wouldn’t have think of doing it.
Exodus 12: 38 said and a mixed multitude went up also with them, very dangerous and
the people of Israel were careless about the multitude, just like in our Churches today the
mix multitude come, in our Church we are very many but how many are separated to
God nobody care about that it. Churches everywhere, the multitude come also not that
they come to repent and be born again but their assignment is to pollute the Church
system with their traditional believed and practice, trying it to customize it or replace the
gospel, but they fail to know that there is no way they can nail wood on water. Exodus
32:1 said they gathered themselves together. The question is who are they that gathered
themselves together? With my a little understanding I never see where the people of
Israel serve images in the land but we also know what the mixed multitude were serving
in their land. When it was done on Prophet Moses, the Bible said he stood up, no more
please repent, God is a loving God, and he will not destroy the earth with fire, who is on
the Lord’s side let him come over. God will help us from multitude.

2. Apostle Paul knows the danger of mixed multitude in the Church that was why he was
quick to point to the Corinthians Church 1 Corinthians 5: (please read it) identify and be
mindful of them if not a little heaven leaveneth the whole lump Galatians 5:9, you joke
with them, they destroy your salvation. In the name of first timer allow them to come,
they will change second Sunday they will change one month they will change two to 6
months they will change 6 months to 1 year they will change 2 years to 5 years they will
change, they will not change anything they are mix multitude and you are not careful
they will take over the Church system.

The benefit of separation:

The living God will be your father: 2 Corinthians 6:16-18 the Bible when you come out from
among them, not come out and then go back, separate yourselves and remain separate. He said
he will be a father unto you, it does not matter who is your father now the Almighty God is
ready to be your father if only you drop your old way of life and repent from it, he is waiting to
receive you.

You know yourselves, are you on the Lord’s side or a multitude in God’s house gathering
yourselves together against the true with your traditional believed and old way of life, stop
wasting your time you can only cause the people to sins and rebel against God but you cannot
destroy the true. Consider your way repent before is too late.

It is my prayer beginning from me that the grace to do needful will come upon our life in Jesus
name, Amen.
