▪ 300 – 05 MMF - 800mm + 1HFCF + SALINO 250 Plus + 4 PV 1000psi 6E.
▪ 600 – 06 MMF - 950mm + 2 HFCF + SALINO 500 + 08 PV 1000psi 6E .
▪ 1000 – 06 MMF - 1200mm + 4 HFCF + APP46+iSave 40 + 12 PV 1000psi 6E .
▪ 1250 – 07 MMF - 1200mm + 5 HFCF + APP53+iSave 50 + 15 PV 1000psi 6E.

All models can be equipped to operate at 50 or 60Hz. MMC + PLC/HMI at the same board.
(*) Peripheric CIP & Flush system can be shared by more than one module – Pump dimensioned for 10m3/h by PV
and CIP tank with heater dimensioned for 250 liters by PV, the Flush system uses the same CIP pump, and an
exclusive (tank out of scope).
(**) Potabilization systems available (Optional) – Calcite filter + H2SO4 98% + NaOH 40% + NaOCl 12% dosing.
MODELS DESCRIPTION:
▪ THE DESSALINATION SYSTEMS CAN BE INSTALLED AT A 40’ HC INSULATED
CONTAINER.
Pre-Treatment
▪ The MMF backwashing is be performed using the brine of the SWRO, directly
(without additional pump or tank) and will avoid the use of chemicals products at
the pretreatment.

The pretreatment is completed by 5µ


cartridge filters:
Desalination
▪ The D-ECO SWRO system uses 6 elements multiport pressure vessels for operation up to 1000 psi,
▪ Seawater RO membranes of 440 ft and Salino or iSave +APP pumping system at bigger models.
Chemical consumption
▪ The D-ECO is completely chemical free for it’s continue operation at some
operational conditions.

▪ A small quantity of chemicals (HCl 12% solution and NaOH 48% solution will be
required only to perform the CIP (Cleaning In Place) operation that should be
performed around 3 times by year.

▪ The absence of chemical product requirement to avoid biological contamination


at the Multimedia filters pretreatment is possible due the use of SWRO brine to
perform the Multimedia filters backwash operation, the high salinity of the brine
kills bacteria, and zoo/phytoplankton which try to colonize the filters.
Energy consumption
▪ The D-ECO has the lowest energy consumption, for this equipment category, due all the models
uses positive displacement pumps and very efficient energy recovery devices. At typical condition
of seawater with 36,000 mg/l TDS at 25°C, the energy consumption can be from 1.8 kWh/m3 to
2.3 kWh/m3 of desalinated water produced depending by the model:
F.O.B Haifa prices:

• 75 – $ 100,000.
• 150 – $ 150,000.
• S 300 – $ 200,000.
• 600 – $ 300,000.
• 1000 – $ 500,000.
• 1250 – $ 550,000.
• 1500 – $ 600,000.
• 1750 – $ 650,000. 2000 – $ 650,000. ($ 325 m3/day)
* The prices above are for the skid mounted models, if the client want the
containerized version the price has an addition of $ 20,000.00 for a new HC
thermo-acoustic insulated container. The models (150, 300 and 600 can be
installed at single container, the others requires two containers).
** The CIP/FLUSH and potabilization modules are quoted separately due can
be used by more than one module operating at parallel.
