Late Gen Habibullah Khan Khattak retired as Chief of Staff of the Pakistan army in 1959.His
first company was Bibojee Services (Pvt.) Limited, which is now the umbrella company of the
large dynamic Industrial Group. This Group includes Automobiles, Textiles, Tyre & Rubber,
Insurance and Construction.
Ghandhara Nissan Limited is a Pakistani automobile manufacturer based in Karachi,
Ghandhara Nissan is the authorized Assembler and Manufacturer.
The Company was incorporated on August 8, 1981 in Pakistan as a private limited company and
later on converted into a public limited company on May 24, 1992. The company is a subsidiary
of Bibojee Services (Private) Limited.
BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
The principal business of the Company is assembly / progressive manufacturing of vehicles
including JAC Trucks, import and sale of Nissan,Dongfeng and Renault vehicles in Completely
Built-up condition and assembly of other vehicles under contract agreement.

Karachi is most modern of its kind in Pakistan. The innovations carried out in-
house from time to time, contributes to high standard of quality. Its capacity is
flexible and can be doubled easily. It can produce 4800 vehicles annually on
single shift basis

Passenger Cars.
