1..Introduction:
Parking tiles are manufactured in three step process. First step is to mix the cement with sand
in pan mixer and second is to pour the cement in the moulds. Third step is to send the moulds
through the vibrator. Every day count of parking tiles and quality of tiles is required to caliculate
manually. It is time taking and need extra man power to validate the people.
Need for automation in parking tiles count and quality check:
Parking tiles Quality determines the ultimate Success or Failure of the industry.
The workers and managers must measure, record and manage
But some due to other works managers may neglect the quality some times workers also
give more or less count than the original.
Tiles Quality Parameters:
Color
Cracks
smoothness
Limitations of Conventional Methods:
Manages has to take water time for observing and counting
Expensive
Difficult Process
Time Consuming
2. Objectives:
To build the automatic system for checking the quality and parking tiles count.
To develop more robust and economical system

3. Implementation and Methodology (Proposed System):
Fig.1 Architecture Parking tiles counting system
The architecture of proposed system is shown in figure 1.This system consists of two
modules which are transmitter station and receiver station. The transmitter station consists of
sensor nodes such as camera and IR sensor. The Raspberry Pi is a low cost, credit-card sized
computer that plugs into a computer monitor or TV, and uses a standard keyboard and mouse.
The receiver station consists of GSM module for receiving the sensing data from
transmitter through GSM network/ IOT Module. The receiver station receives data through the
com port and stores in Cloud in order to achieve human-computer interface. The graphical user
interface was designed, so that Managers can observe, investigate and analyze the related data.
The user interface allows us to convey the analyzed data in the form of a message to the farmers
in their respective local languages to their Mobile Phones and alerts them in unhygienic
environmental conditions.
