LOCAL TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
1. Aircraft with 38m of wingspan and above may only occupy pier A and pier E.
2. Aircraft with less than 38m of wingspan and below may occupy Pier A, B, C, D, and
E.
3. If dual runway operations in use, avoid excessive wake turbulence and maintain at
least 2km DME separation for both departing and arriving aircrafts.
4. Departure and arrival procedures can be found on the next page.
5. Statement LTR 4 can be overridden by on duty Traffic Controllers.
6. Single engine taxi operations only permitted on taxiways D, C, B, A, and F.
7. Pushback procedures on stand D30, D25, C24, C19, B18, and B13 may only be
permitted of straight pushback 100m
8. Start up procedures on Pier D, C, B, and A, aircrafts may only start the engine after
pushback, they can either start both or only single engine taxi operation may take
effect on the said taxiways.
9. VFR traffic may take departure holding points (for all runways); H, G1, G4, G5, E, E1,
and E6. These taxiways may also be implemented on propeller aircraft under IFR.

FLIGHT PROCEDURES
1. When no SID/STAR, expect radar vectors and an MSA of 1700’/2400’.
2. All aircraft under FL100 must maintain 250kts or below.

DEPARTURE PROCEDURES
When runway 09L/R in use;
1. Aircrafts taking the north to east transitions must reach at least 4000’.
2. Aircrafts taking the south to west transitions must reach at least 3000’.
3. Heavy aircrafts must not exceed 210 knots by ENORD.
4. Initial cruising altitude is 3000 (all directions N, E, W, S)
When runway 27L/R in use;
1. Aircrafts taking the north to east transitions must reach at least 4000’
2. Aircrafts taking the south to west transitions must reach at least 4000’
3. Heavy aircrafts must not exceed 210 knots by ZERCE
4. Initial cruising altitude is 4000 (all directions N, E, W, S)
In case of cross runway clearance, aircrafts may only cross from HOTEL(1) and GOLF (2)(3)

ARRIVAL PROCEDURES
When runway 09L/R in use;
1. Arriving traffic from all directions must hold 230 knots on the following waypoints;
ONAYE, HECLR, and OLEPI
2. Transitions are ONAYE, HECLR, and OLEPI, these waypoints are considered
instrument approach fixes.
3. Waypoint ZERCE is considered the Final approach fix for both runways 09L and 09R.
4. Aircrafts are not allowed to stay between the transition altitude and transition level.
5. VOR overfly is allowed at minimum 7000ft’
When runway 27R/L in use;
1. Arriving traffic from all directions must hold 210 knots on the following waypoints;
WESEL, KYZER, and ENRGE.
2. Transitions are WESEL, KYZER, and ENRGE, these waypoints are considered
instrument approach fixes.
3. Waypoint ENORD is considered the Final approach fix for both runways 27R and
27L.
4. Aircrafts are not allowed to stay between the transition altitude and transition level.
5. VOR overfly minimum 7000ft’ is only allowed for traffic arriving from the north and
east.
