Dear Simrat:

On behalf of Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services, ULC, or its subsidiary or affiliate, as applicable (the
“Company”), I am pleased to offer you continued employment on a part time basis, on the following
terms. Please note that this offer letter may contain changes to your benefits and RRSP eligibility,
please review the attached document carefully. This offer letter replaces and supersedes any previous
offer letters that you have signed with the Company, which will be of no force and effect as of your Start
Date.

Conditions: You may be required to undergo background checks, including criminal record checks,
throughout the course of your employment. Continued employment is conditional on the Company
being satisfied with the final results of such checks, and your providing satisfactory proof of your right to
work in Canada.

Start Date: Unless we mutually agree otherwise in writing, you will commence part time employment on
January 2, 2022.

Position and Duties: You will continue to hold the position of Fulfilment Associate. The Company
reserves the right to make changes to your duties, location, reporting structure, hours of work and title
without advance notice and without causing a constructive or other termination of this agreement.

Hours of Work: You will be required to work 20 hours per week, however the Company reserves the
right to schedule you for more or less hours per week, subject to your work permit restrictions (if any)
The Company does its best to match shifts with personal preference, but the Company reserves the right
to assign you to shifts and schedules based on business needs. Shift schedules will be provided as soon
as possible in advance of the applicable weekly shift. Your hours of work will be irregular and will require
that you be available to work fixed or rotating day, evening and night shifts, at the discretion of the
Company. You may also be required to work on the weekend, and on statutory holidays, particularly
during the Company’s busy holiday season. You may be required to work night and weekend shifts, and
many of the Company’s day shifts include one weekend day as part of the regular schedule.

You agree, when required, to work in excess of your regular daily and weekly hours of work up to the
maximum hours (if any) prescribed by and in accordance with the provincial employment standards
(“Act”).

In the event that you work more than 20 hours per week on one or more occasions while you remain
coded as a part-time employee, you will remain entitled to only those benefits and entitlements
associated with part-time employee status.
Averaging Agreements: Your location may operate on a 4 days a week, 10 hours a day schedule, and it
will be a condition of employment that you sign and adhere to the terms of any averaging agreements
implemented during the term of your employment, including any renewals of the averaging agreement.

Wage: You will be paid an hourly wage of $17.90 CAD, payable in accordance with the Company’s
standard payroll practice and subject to applicable deductions. You may be eligible for a compensation
adjustment following your first full year of employment with the Company; however, this is not
guaranteed.

Vacation: You will be entitled to such minimum vacation as prescribed by the Act or in accordance with
the Company’s applicable policies, if greater. Vacation will be administered in accordance with the
Company’s policies.

Statutory/Public Holidays: Public holiday entitlements will be as prescribed by the Act or in accordance
with the Company’s applicable policies, if greater. If you work a public holiday, you will receive your
public holiday pay plus premium pay for all hours worked on the public holiday, in lieu of a substitute
day off. Your signature on this offer letter confirms your agreement to this arrangement.

Benefits: You will be entitled to participate in the Company’s employee benefits plan as may be offered
from time to time to part time employees, subject to the applicable eligibility requirements and the
terms and conditions of the applicable plans. The Company reserves the right to make any modifications
in the benefits plan that it deems appropriate. Please refer to the enclosed benefits document for more
information on the benefits that may be available to you.

RRSP: You will be entitled to enroll in the Company’s Group RRSP plan, subject to the applicable
eligibility requirements, and the terms and conditions of the applicable plan.

Accommodation: We are committed to the success of our employees. Should you require
accommodation because of illness, disability or other protected ground under applicable legislation, we
have a process and policy for meeting such accommodation needs.

Termination:

a) You may resign on 2 weeks’ written notice which the Company may waive in whole or in part,
subject to providing you with any minimum entitlements under the Act, and such waiver shall not
constitute termination of your employment by the Company;
b) The Company may terminate your employment at any time for just cause without notice or
compensation or any other entitlements, subject only to the minimum requirements of the Act, if
applicable;
c) The Company may terminate your employment without cause by providing you with all your
minimum statutory entitlements under the Act, and only those minimum statutory entitlements
under the Act, which may include notice or a payment in lieu of notice calculated using your hourly
rate only, unless otherwise required pursuant to the Act, or a combination of both, vacation pay,
severance pay (if applicable), continuation of benefits (if applicable), and any further minimum
statutory entitlements required pursuant to the Act. You agree that this entitlement is reasonable
and you agree to accept it in full satisfaction of all entitlements arising on such termination,
including reasonable notice at common law. In no event will you receive less than your minimum
statutory entitlements under the Act.
Lay-Offs and Suspensions: Temporary lay-offs in accordance with the Act, and suspensions with or
without pay are permitted where circumstances warrant, and do not have the effect of terminating
employment or constituting constructive dismissal.

Company Policies: You agree to familiarize yourself and comply with Company policies and acknowledge
the Company may amend them from time to time.

Other Work: You will not during your employment undertake other employment, provide services for
remuneration or operate any business without the prior written consent of the Company.

Confidentiality, Non-Solicitation and Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement: As a condition of


your employment, you must sign the enclosed Confidentiality, Non-Solicitation and Intellectual Property
Assignment Agreement (the “CINA”). You should know that the CINA will significantly restrict your post-
employment activities in many ways. Please review the CINA carefully and, if appropriate, have your
lawyer review it as well.

Effect of Agreement: This agreement, and all attachments/enclosures, shall remain in full force and
effect throughout the period of your employment notwithstanding its length, promotion or any changes
to your title, position, duties, level of responsibility, reporting structure, remuneration, and location.

Employment Standards Legislation: In no case will you ever be provided with less than your minimum
entitlements pursuant to the Act. In the event that your entitlements pursuant to the Act exceed any
provisions of this agreement, then such provisions shall be replaced by those greater entitlements
pursuant to the Act, and you will receive nothing further.

Assignment: The Company may assign this Agreement and its enclosures and your employment to
another entity, in which event the terms of this agreement, and all attachments/enclosures, shall
continue to govern your employment until such time that you sign a new written employment
agreement or amendment, save and except that you will no longer be employed by the Company and
will instead be employed by the other entity to which this agreement and your employment is assigned.
You agree to sign any documents necessary to assign your employment.

Personal Information: You acknowledge that you have read, understand, and consent to the applicable
privacy policy found in your offer letter electronic document portal, which details how your personal
information will be collected and used by the Company. You consent to the disclosure of your personal
information to third parties including payroll, security, benefit and insurance providers, auditors and
banks in the normal course of the Company’s business, and in the event of any proposed financing, sale
or acquisition, provided that such disclosure is in accordance with the Company’s privacy policies and
practices and applicable law. You hereby acknowledge that your personal information may be
transferred, stored in, and be subject to the laws of jurisdictions outside of Canada including but not
limited to the United States of America, India, and any jurisdictions that may be necessary by the
Company from time to time.

Additional Provisions: If you accept this offer, the terms described in this letter will be the entire
agreement with respect to the terms of your employment, and this letter supersedes any previous
discussions, agreements or offers. The Company may, as it deems necessary or advisable in its sole and
absolute discretion, unilaterally alter your duties, responsibilities, and/or the location at which you are
to provide them, your title and/or to whom you report, as well as amend any aspect or eliminate
entirely the group insurance, or any other plans that may be in effect from time to time. You expressly
agree that such reduction, alteration, amendment or elimination, shall not constitute a termination of
your employment, a breach of this employment agreement or constructive dismissal. This agreement is
made and shall be performed, construed and enforced exclusively in accordance with, and our
respective rights shall be governed by, the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of
Canada applicable therein. The provisions of this agreement shall be deemed severable and if any
provision or portion thereof is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, the remainder shall
not thereby be invalidated, but shall remain in full force and effect.

Consent to use as original: By accepting employment with the Company, you also consent to the use of
all electronically signed documents relating to your employment as if they were original.

If you wish to accept employment with the Company, please indicate so by signing this letter and the
enclosed CINA. This offer and all terms of employment stated in this letter will expire ten days from
the date of this letter.

We are very excited about the possibility of you joining us. I hope that you will accept this offer and look
forward to a productive and mutually beneficial working relationship. Please let me know if I can answer
any questions for you about any of the matters outlined in this letter.
