The User Interface Program is the controller, that Tracks, Monitors, and controls the various
CMMS functions. Some of these CMMS functions are:
❖ Preventive Maintenance (PM) Scheduling Function – A system that tracks and
schedules all Entities (including the checklist) that are due for PM
❖ PM Calender Function - A PM Planning tool that uses two different Calender views to
preview upcoming PM Jobs, highlight bottlenecks and help resolve scheduling issues.
❖ Work Request Function: A system that tracks and records all request for Maintenance
work
❖ Work Order Function - A system that tracks and stores the details of all Maintenance
related activities both Planned and unplanned.
❖ Fault codes - Assign Fault codes to failures types, to gain insights into failure patterns
and improve root cause analysis
❖ Projects Function: A system that groups and tracks multiple work orders under a single
named collection called a Project.
❖ Spare Parts Management Function: Optional module to track spare parts usage and
storage

❖ A Reporting Function – A system that generates extensive maintenance Analysis,
Maintenance reports and Maintenance KPI’s.
Additional Details:
Equipment Data file and other related data Files
Stores Equipment Data including nameplate information, Warranties, Valuation data, Purchase
dates, Service life and residual life data. Identify Parent Child relationships or groups of equipment
that are related to each other. Track Spares usage by equipment or group, link critical spares to
equipment for improved inventory management. Create detailed reports on work History, cost, and
breakdown profiles. Use built in Excel templates to quickly load data into the data files
Work Order Module
Create, Track, Preview , Print or analyse various Work Orders types :
• Single Craft Work Orders
• Multi Craft Work Orders or Projects, Major Routine Maintenance
• Preventive Maintenance Work Orders
• Breakdown Maintenance
Track Work orders by the following
• Work Type ( Mechanical , Electrical, civil etc )
• Work Category ( safety , legal, environmental)
• Work Priority ( normal, important , Urgent )
• Work Order Fault codes and description
Track labor rates, hours, External contractor services and equipment, and material used
Track all costs associated with Equipment or Entity
Group Single Task WO to create multi task WO (Projects)
Work Request Module
• Create and route Work Request
• Convert Work Requests to Work orders
• Link WR closure to WO closure
• Track work Request by Employee, category etc
Preventive Maintenance – PM
• Assign Multiple Frequency Time or meter based Frequencies to each equipment
• Manual of Automatic PM schedules for one or more days
• Preview upcoming PM jobs any time into the future.
• Store actual meter readings and get visual flags indicating when a PM is due.
• Trigger PM Work orders based on user configured settings.
PM – Calender Planning Module
• Create and print , Preview or Email color coded PM Calendars that show upcoming PM jobs
for any period into the future on two separate Calenders
• Use the Calender to Analyse resource bottlenecks

• Create and store multiple frequency check list in the check list library.
• Link ( associate) a check list to any Equipment or Entity

1. Think of a maintenance report or cost report and you are likely able to produce it with our
OMC Reporting module.
2. Generate reports by date, location, maintenance type, work type, work priority, employee,
equipment, equipment group, work order, work status, Fault type etc.. , or by any
combination that is practical.
Password and Security system
• Configure up to 5 different user groups with their own permission settings.
• Assign password to each user to limit their access to critical system data and configurations.
Types of User Permission: no access, read only, read, and write and read write and delete access.
