Q2. Which position are you currently working at ?
Ans. Manager
Q3. How many years of experience do you currently hold?
Ans. I am currently having 6 years of experience.
Q4. What is the process of hiring in your organisation?
Ans. This depend upon various job profiles. For example- On average, the interview process
for a fresher at Apple takes 1-2 months.
It includes several steps –
Stage 1: Phone screen with recruiter, including a couple technical questions
Stage 2: Phone screen with hiring manager
Stage 3: Technical phone screen with an engineer
Stage 4: Onsite interview
Q5. What does the organisation do to keep the employees motivated?
Ans. Incentive compensation system is one of the methods that Apple uses to motivate
employees. This includes bonus pay, which provides payments on accomplishing the targets
or goals given to specific employee during a particular period.
Q6. How is the work culture in your organisation?
Ans. Apple Inc. has an organizational culture for creative innovation. The company’s cultural
features focus on maintaining a high level of innovation that involves creativity and a mindset
that challenges conventions and standards.
For example, the company’s cultural traits are aligned with the drive for innovation, which is
a major factor that determines business competitiveness in the information technology, online
services, and consumer electronics industries.
Q7. What does the organisation do to boost an individual’s career growth?
Ans. We bring amazing people together to make amazing things happen. We’re a diverse

Ans. Talent management includes the following activities-
Develop clear job descriptions, so you know the skills, abilities, and experience
needed from a new employee.
Select appropriate employees who have superior potential and fit your organization's
culture, with an appropriate selection process.
Negotiate requirements and accomplishment-based performance standards, outcomes,
and measures within a performance development planning system.
Provide effective employee onboarding and ongoing training and development
opportunities that reflect both the employee's and the organization's needs.
Provide on-going coaching, mentoring, and feedback, so the employee feels valued
and important.
Conduct quarterly performance development planning discussions that focus on the
employee's interests for career development.
Design effective compensation and recognition systems that reward people for their
contributions. Even if all of the rest of your employment processes are employee-
oriented, people still work for money. Employers of choice aim to pay above market
for talented employees.
Provide promotional and career development opportunities for employees within a
system that includes career paths, succession planning, and on-the-job training
opportunities.

Ans. The level of work depends upon the position that an employee works at. However, apple
is know to provide its employees a great works life balance.
Q12. What is the exit procedure in your organisation?
Ans. The exit procedure is done with the help of proper documentation followed by an exit
interview wherein various question such as- Why does an employee wants to leave the
company or Where do they think the company could improve are asked and the same set of
information is further used to make Apple a better place for the employees.
