Rationale:
An outreach program aims to help, uplift, and support those who are deprived of certain
services and rights. It involves giving learning, social planning, health support, and other
projects for their welfare. Successful community outreach programs must have project
leaders at their core. Planning programs for the community can help solve a greater need for
a long-term plan toward social progress. Further, other program members must join hands
to plan and source out more assets and means to create more long-term solutions and
voluntary efforts.
In support of front-line workers, outreach services enhance their capacity and the scope
of their activities, thus allowing the population access to broader services without having to
seek another source of care.
                                              1
Amidst the pandemic, the school continues to promote a program that focuses on the
social developmental services implemented in the community. It sees people as being
continually able to move forward in a life-long process of self-realization or fulfilment of
potential. It sees people as facing difficult developmental stages, life situations, challenges,
stresses, and crisis with which they must cope. It is concerned with recognizing and building
on strengths with ways of more effective coping. Through the concerted efforts and
willingness of the stakeholders: teachers, personnel and partners, stages of development are
reached with the appropriate services in an efficient and effective delivery.

         1. To respond effectively to the multiple needs of the families through social services
            towards integral human development.

programs to be invented in the future.

the beneficiaries by reaching out to families in the different adopted communities
through providing goods and uplifting dialogues.
