BLIND SCHOOL

Introduction:
People have impairments have to face many problems in
conventional school so it is very important to build a school which suits
requirement and help them to learn and grow in theri own pace .
Requirment of this kind of school is higher in sub urban areas . Students
who suffer the most are the young blind children and child's having
multiple disabilities.

AIM
To increase the contribution of other senses to maximum through
design , design a structure that guides all the visually impaired students
inside the campus.

OBJECTIVES
*Understanding the user i.e visually impaired

*To understand the different materials for the interior

*To create an earthquake and floor resistant structure

*To make a proper site that is suitable for their senses.

*To make circulation simple to understand and easy to remember .

SCOPE
This thesis has its roots connected to the other senses of the visually
imparied person main focusis on planning of the spaces and function of
academic block and hostel block that help the students in the movement
and other day to day activities . I am trying to incorporate all of my best
knowledge that i gain through research , case study to create the best
possible school for them.
