Thank you for purchasing our WIFI camera．Please follow the quick step guide to set up your camera properly.

Mobile Phone monitoring video software download instructions：
1、 Enter the www.scc21.net 。Select the software you want to download.
2、 Apple Series (iPhone/iPad), searching "9527" from the "App Store", download
and install it.
3、 Android Series (Phones/Tab), searching "9527" from the "Play Store" or
"GoogPlay", download and install it.
4、 Scan the barcode with your smartphone Barcode scanner on the box.
5、 Select the PC version download computer or web viewing.

Point-to-Point Monitoring Software Operation：

When the machine is on, the Mode button is downwards. The mobile phone user shall access to“Wi-Fi” or
“Wireless Network” in the phone settings and find “MD81S or MD99S”and click for connection
(the password is 12345678), and enable the phone surveillance software after effective connection
and check local devices, the picture can then be seen. As shown in the following picture:
Kindly reminder: Wi-Fi signal will be sent out after about 10 seconds after start up, during
which, the camera is in the stage of start-up.

Kindly reminder: A TF cad shall be inserted into the card socket of the camera to watch the
surveillance video with connection to the Internet. Otherwise, the Interne t cannot be
successfully connected to.

1. If the video can be watched through the phone Wi-Fi (local), the user may click “Settings”
and choose “Settings of Wireless Network”; click “Activate Wireless Network” and enter the
name and password of local router Wi-Fi and then click “Yes”, by then the connection is finished.

Turn off the camera and put the Mode button to IP position. And then start up the camera and
wait for the camera to search for the router network and connect to it until the blue light starts
to flicker quickly. As shown in the following picture:
Kindly reminder: After correct name and password of Wi-Fi are input and the network is successfully
connected, the camera shall be turned off and the Mode button shall be put into the IP position
before startup again. Otherwise, otherwise, the Interne t cannot be successfully connected to.

2. Return to the “Login Screen” after successful connection and enterthe camera ID and password,
and then the video surveillance is enabled. As shown in the following picture:

Photograph、Change Access code、Change Password and Add camera can be used. As shown in the
following picture:
Kindly reminder: Only part of the phone software functions is suitable to the machine, other
functions apply to other models and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Notebook computer users：
1. Watching by means of local area network: Click the “local area network” in the list area
at the right of the main program: if no device name is available in the list, please right click
the blank area and click choose “Refresh” in the menu that emerges to help the camera connect
to the Internet faster; if device name is available in the list, please click it for watching.
As shown in the following picture:
Kindly reminder: The local area network device will be automatically displayed in the software
without adding it manually.
2. Watching by means of the Internet: Please follow the following steps to log in with the given
account and password: enter the account and password in the label and log in the Internet and
double click the device name, then you can watch the video.

TF card Description ：
TF Card operation
"MD99S" support 2G-32G TF card, if you want to record the video, please remember
to insert the TF card into the slot before use. The video will be recording in recycling
mothed, when the card is full, the earliest file will be eased by the latest file.
The stored video must be viewed by computer only and not support remote
monitoring through Phones/Computers.
