TYPES OF MACHINES

1. Tradler paddle Machine:- A machine with a mechanically


driveen needle for sewing or stiching cloth. A tradler is a operated
wiith a pedal for converting motion into rotating motion . Along
with treadmills,treadwheels,treadles.
2. Domestics Machines:- Domestic machines are also called
home sewing machines, designed for the wide variety of sewing
projects generally done by sewing.
3. Power Machines:- Powwer of a machine is defined as its rate
of doing work. It is way transfer of energy with type of motors.
4. SNLSM( Single Needle Lock Stitch Machine:- This machine
is used when a single line of "LOCK STITCH" sewing is
required.These machine can have different feed system and be
fixed with different type of attachment to customise for multiple
functions.Features is Needle and Bobbin form stitches.
5. Embroidery Machine:- This is an embroidery process where
by a sewing machines. Embroidery is used to create pattern or
textiles. It is used commercially in product branding, corporate
advertising. It is also used in the fashion industry to decorate
garments.
Types ( 3 kinds of machines)
* Single needle embroidery machines
* Sewing machines with an embroidery module or combined
sewing.
*Multi-needle semi professionl embroidery machine
(between 4 to 10 needles).
* Multi-needle professional embroidery machine (b/w 9 to 16
needles).
* Free- motion machine embroidery.
* Cornely hand - guided embroidery.
* Computerized machine embroidery.
Embroidery is the craft of decorating fabric or other materials
using a needle to apply thread or yarn.Embroidery may also
incorporate other materials such as pearls, beads,quills and
sequins.
6. Bar tacking:- Bar tack machine is used where the garment in
high pressuer such as belt loop, pocket, corner,at the end of the
zipper and in the place where more strenght is required to
support extra load.It is alternative of hand sewing.
7. Button hole machines:- Button holes is an attachment for a
sewing machine which automates the side to side and forwards
and backwards motion.A buttonholes attachment can create
holes form any sewing machine capable of making aa lock stitch.
8. Button Attacting machine:- Button stitching machine is a
special type of machine which is used in garments industries to
attach button so it is called button attaching machine.This type of
machine work for stitching shirt button in a cycle and so these
are also called simple auto machine.
9. Double Needle Lock Stitch Machine:- A double needle lock
stitch machine works on the same principal as the single needle
machine by using two needles and two bobbins thus resulting in
two parallel rows of lockstitch.This technique of twin needle
sewing is also popularly known as doube needle sewing.
10. Over Lock Machine:- Overlock sewing or serger as it is
commonly known, can trim, stitch ans overcast seams as they
sew.They can also used for applications such as inserting a zip
and creating beautiful decoration with certain stitche.
11. Interlock Machine:- Interlock machine is a stretch stitch
sewing machine generally used in garments
factory cleaning the sewing machine and oiling the sewing
machine is very necessary.
12. Flat Lock Folding Machine:- Flat Lock machine are
specialized high-speed machines.In this machine the stitch is
formed by two or more needle thread passing through the
material inter looping on the underside and interlocking on the
upperside.These machines are mainly used for knits.
13. Linking Machine:- Linking is a method of seaming /
attaching pieces have been knitted on flat-bed knitting machine.
In the linking process, a slacker course of loops of yarn is
created on the linking machine. Which connects two pieces of
fabric together.
14. Stain Removal Gun:- Multiutility cleaning spray Guns. also
commonly known as shot cleaning Guns/Stain cleaning Guns /
petrol guns/ water gun/etc. have been developed for removed of
dirt , oil stains and other stains from textile fabrics and garments,
mainly at the manufacturing stage.
15. Washing Machine:- Industrial washing is more efficiect than
automatically washes cleaning aprons and uniform, but also
mechanical parts , untensils and other equipment .They remove
oil stains , metal fillings and dust , thus providing safe and clean
equipment for any business.
16. Steam Iron :- A pressing Iron with a compartment holding
water that is converted to steam by the iron's heat and emitted
through the soleplate onto the fabric being pressed.
17.GSM Cutter:- The GSM cutter is a textile testing instrument
which is used for measuring fabric GSM with the aid of a
weighing scale and GSM pad . The GSM cutter is a circular fabric
sample cutter. The instrument is equipped with a set of four
replaceable blades and normal cutting pads.
18. Heat Transfer Machine:- A heat press is a machine
engineired to imprint a design or graphic on a substrate , such
as a t-shirt , with the application of heat and pressure for a
preset period of time .The most common types of heat press
employ a flat platen to apply heat and pressure to the substrate.
19. Heming Machine :- Clothing factories and professional
tailors use a "blind hemmer " or hemming machine . Which sews
an invisible stitch quickly and accurately. A blind hemmer sews a
chain stitch, using a bent needle , can be set precisely enough to
actually sew through one and a half thickness of the hemmed
fabric.
20. Electric Cutter Machine:- A machine used for cutting out
parts of actricles from layers of cloth card webs or knitted fabric.
such machines have line cutting capacities of 1,150 -1,400m
( Straight -Knife machine) and 1,250-1,500m(round -knief
machine) over a seven hours period.
21. Fusing Machine:- Fusing is done by continues fusing
machine where the heat is applied from both sides of fabric. In
this process, two pairs of fabrics are fused i.e. the two interlinings
are placed between or in the middle of fabrics of apparel.
22. Fabric folding Machine:- A fabric folding machine structure
is used for receving and folding a fabric woven by a circular
knitting machine without changing the length,width and height of
the fabric roiling machine.
23. Snap Button Attaching Machine:- One of the important
fastening processes of fastener is the well-made mechanical
devices which has functions to perform attaching metal button to
the clothes metal button to various of the clothes .The most
common model is disc - shaped stitch for two-hole or four- hole (
also known as flat button ) attaching.
24. Hand Flat Knitting Machine:- A " flat " or vea bed knitting
machine consists of 2 flat needle beds arranged in an upside -
down "V" formation . These needle beds can be up to 2.5
meters wide . The two largest manufactures of industrial flat
kniting machines are stole of Germany, and shima seiki of
Japan.
