COMMISSIONING AND TEST PROCEDURE

1- Take the car to the landing level. Connect 220V AC to power supply input (5-7 terminals) of board. Do not forget to connect earth connection (terminal 6).
2- Set 4 dip-switches on the board according to door specifications.

3- Switch ON supply and see OK led is flashing.
4- To start learninig procedure push program button (51). If door is open, door will close slowly and will open if door is close door will open slowly and will
R E close. This process must be completed succesfully. Otherwise system never works properly.
5- After completing Learninig process, push TEST button (50) shortly and test door's operations. Operational setting will be the same as normal operation.
PHOTOCELL 6- After completing Test process succesfully, connect door command inputs coming from lift control panel to input terminals (8-CLOSE, 10-COMMON,
12-OPEN). Inputs voltage must be 12V-220V AC/DC. Test door by activating door open and close commands from controller.
