About the Project
This project is programmed using php and mysql is the database used.
The project can register the incoming husband and wife with this
online registration form in the user access. The admin can verify
if the couple registration is approved or not. The system has a complete features
for the title itself.
2 Scope
The scope of work is to implement an integrated system for the various services
of the urban local bodies situated in the state of Maharashtra. The Municipal
Corporations of Thane, Mumbai, Nagpur, Nashik, Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad are
excluded from the scope of work.
The scope includes the following:
software/solution development and implementation
deployment of solution centrally on cloud
implementation and maintenance of the system including the
support required for cloud hosting at Data Centre
Firstly, the solution should be hosted in Tier-3 data centre for 2 years after
GOLive, and then shall be shifted to State Data Centre of Govt of Maharashtra.
This module aims to improve the efficiency of Marriage Registration operations in
the ULB. The module gives comprehensive details of marriage registration,
Issuance of Marriage Certificate, and correction in marriage registration
3 Introduction to Marriage Registration
A marriage certificate (sometimes: marriage lines) is an official statement that
two people are married. In most jurisdictions, a marriage certificate is issued by
a government official only after the civil registration of the marriage.
A marriage certificate may be required for a number of reasons. It may be
required as evidence of change of a party's name, on issues of legitimacy of a
child, during divorce proceedings, or as part of a genealogical history, besides
other purposes.
For this purpose, Marriage Registration is done.

8.1 Marriage Registration Data Entry
System provides the facility to do a data entry of legacy marriage records
available with ULB. Clerk/Data entry operator will enter details of marriage i.e.
